If I could give a -Zero review I would....
This place is so badly ran its almost a joke.
Pharmacists don't turn up on a daily basis to this place so you can NEVER pick up your medication when you should be picking it up which in some cases is life threataning. Do they care? no they dont....
Once the pharmacy assistant that's meant to open the place at 9am didn't turn up till 12pm. He didn't care and said I wasn't meant to be working today.
The female pharmacist is also very rude and obviously doesn't care about patient/customer care .
One thing also I would like to highlight is that when the other local pharmacy was also shut due to yet again the pharmacist not turning up and they could not pick up their medications they rang 111 and they said they would send an emergency prescription to this well pharmacy.
The pharmacy refused as they stated the GP was open for another 15 mins.
As if your going to get the GP to issue a new prescription within that amount of time.
This place should be shut down, its no longer a service to the community and is of any use. I often stand outside the place with other customers way past after 9am waiting it for open, and its not just that its also that all the shelves are bare and there is literally ZERO customer service.
I will be making an official complaint to Well head office and to the The General Pharmaceutical Council as well. its like delboy is running this place. Joke

Good efficient service. It would be more useful to know the previous date of prescription issue by the GP, rather than just the previous order date.

My repeat prescription order was easy to place, following the email reminder, quick to get approved and despatched and arrived a few days later.

Speed and efficiency of prescription request

Easy. One request, why do I have to enter my pre-paid certificate each time, when it is valid for a year?

All went well. Would prefer a faster service if possible and delivery average price but as much as one of the products but I appreciate that was my choice.

Delivery service was great and on time with the delivery time frame ordering it was so easy to do and your well kept informed with the progress am happy

Really good service, specific medication requests (e.g. brand or format) are usually acknowledged and fulfilled.
Ideally order tracking should be more precise... its slightly vague until its on the verge of being delivered.

Very easy to order & speaking with the pharmacist went through the scenarios relating to the medication.
