Website is easy to use, more convenient than having to get to Drs to order then returning to chemist for meds. It is taking a lot longer now to get it as postal service (royal mail) are useless.
So much easier than queuing for prescriptions. Can't believe they don't charge extra to send medicine straight to your door. Works so well with repeat prescriptions and they send reminders too.

My prescription got lost in your system
My prescription got lost in your computer system and could not be downloaded local at the Glastonbury Well branch so that I could collect it. It had to be reordered from the Doctors surgery and was then sent through the post rather than being available for collection as I wished. So overall a total disaster.
