Tilasin kaksi tuotetta. Toinen tuote oli väärä ja muovisilppua täynnä olevassa pussissa toimitettu. Kun yritin saada oikean tuotteen tilalle, oli tuote loppunut. Eli laitoin palautukseen tuotteet ja mitään en saanut tilalle.

It arrived quickly without any problem.

You give coupons that expire quickly. that's not sustainable at all. You make (some) people buy things they wouldn't have needed otherwise. Let the coupons last forever or a long period to be really sustainable.

There was a small issue with the fabric of the ordered item but the support was friendly, helpful and a solution was found quickly.

Tilasin maanantai aamuna tuotteita kaksi. Nopeaa toimitusta mainostivat, joten jäin odottelemaan toimitusvahvistusta. Eilen illalla laitoin viestiä, että onkohan paketti matkalla ja tänään tuli ilmoitus ja sähköposti, että lähtivät. Harmittaa, että postituksessa meni kuitenkin 3vrk tilauksesta.. Toivottavasti tuotteet hyvät!

Completely messed up delivery.
Not only did it not arrive on time but I had to pick it up myself. They use DHL which is the worst delivery service.

Trotz Dringlichkeits-Benachrichtig wurde ein auf Lager befindliches Produkt erst nach 2,5 Tagen an DHL übergeben. Die 9,90 € Expressversand waren damit sinnlos und die Ware ist zu spät angekommen.

Not satisfied at all.
They guarantee a delivery in 4-5 days and 17 days later I’m still waiting for the package to arrive.
It was a Christmas gift so it was especially important to arrive on time.
In addition, the pants were supposed to be used for practicing sports during the Christmas holidays and I had to buy another one.
It is still unknown when they will arrive but in any case, since I’m not in the same address (and not in the same country), I should ask someone to send me the package to me after.

Koko (38), jonka tilasin olikin hieman pieni eli meni vaihtoon. Kaikki sujui helposti, palautus ja uudet yhden koon isommat housut tulivat pian tilalle. Iso plussa mahdollisuudeata valita Long-versio, kerrankin sopivan mittaiset housut!

This is a very NASTY seller. Please do not trust their PR of trvaling the world and sustainbilities bullshxx.

I have checked with the customer service Marisa 2 times and she reply their shop does not have restrictions for goods no matter how big it is. However, after I made the payment, they told me they can not ship and request me to pay 100 euro more?! I ask if there is another solutions and if I can talk to the founder Jukka Saarikorpi. Jukka said she will NOT SPEAK TO ME AND CANCEL THE ORDER without infroming me and cost me 20 Dollar just for nothing and mainly for their mistake.

And when I ask them to pay for the lose, they disappear.

PS: Pls do not listen what the seller say below. I paid 353 and only refund back 333.. Already report to Paypal and they said they will not tolerant this type of behavior.

And pls be mindful. The seller typing here is just because EVERYONE can see. They never reply my message and email so everyone pls be careful and avoid thus seller. As you can see they are always Right even if i lost 20 dollar for their stuxxd arrangement.
