I have been in contact with Waylands through Carwow, salesmen very unhelpful, unwilling to give me quote on a new car which I did not expect. Happy to trade my car in for a new MG but they were unwilling to give me a quote until I paid off my negative equity. I thought this was strange as other dealerships have still giving me a quote so I know some rough prices to go for.
Really poor service and totally not helpful.

Excellent service and kept fully up to date. Took much less time than expected. Harry (Volvo Oxford) came to collect my car and was very friendly and polite - took me through the results of my service and made sure to draw my attention to my breakdown cover being renewed so I could save the phone number. Overall I’m really happy with the experience! Thank you ☺️

Sadly wouldn’t recommend as service has been consistently poor (since a good/positive purchase process). Latest and last issue came with being charged a significant amount to undue locking wheel nuts; deriving from them not having supplied the correct tool to do so. This also came with an insinuation I had removed the tool.
I’d also strongly advise against any of the additional warranties (paint/windscreen etc) - as they’ve been singularly unhelpful in being able to actually utilise the extra cover.

Harry called the day before pick up, he arrived at the time he said and dropped off the vehicle afterwards. A fabulous service.
Gary also contacted me to advise what was happening. Great communication.

Recently had our car serviced by Waylands. The service was great, but what made the whole experience even better was……Harry who collected and delivered our car! Harry called the day before with his ETA. Was prompt, friendly and efficient on collecting. And then kept me up to date on the cars return. After a poor experience with Cinch, I decided to purchase another Volvo from a Volvo dealership. I wasn’t prepared for the fantastic service in which I received from Jon at Waylands. I was made to feel like a top priority from the minute I sat down to the moment I drove the vehicle away. Jon made my experience unforgettable, combining his great sense of humour along with his professionalism and knowledge of the brand to make the process seamless and stress free.
I was kept updated the entire time and am so pleased that I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from there.

Richard Brunnock was excellent with efforts to deliver vehicle earlier than initial plans. Answered all questions. No pushing to purchase.

I had my XC90 picked up by Harry, he contacted me the night before my pickup to give a timeframe for his arrival, I let him know that I had a school run, so he offered to come earlier to pickup my car. He was at my house at 8 am (said he would previously be there between 8 and 8:30) Harry went above and beyond to make sure the timings suited me rather than him. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it without a second thought. I am always indebted to Harry for his amazing work.

The most recent service and health check in April 2026 by the previous owner has identified splitted tyre and rear pads/discs being over 75% worn and recommended for immediate replacement. The same tyre and brakes were kept on the vehicle. I have insisted for the dealership to their immediate attention and no actions were taken despite multiple emails and in person conversations. I raised this on the day of collection of the vehicle, although they are unwilling to discuss on email where records could be kept and tracked, and insisted on phone calls. Understand tyre treads are sufficient, however the condition of the sidewalls and the general tyres themselves are not. I will not know when the splitted tyre will give in and explode. I have also mentioned about the scored brake discs and advised them on replacement as these catches fingers, however this was also dismissed. I have questions on whether all the appropriate approved used car checks have even taken place and what is the worth of previous health checks if these are not fixed proactively? Their fix on alloy scruff is a simple Black sharpie job so lower your expectations if you are anticipating for a full alloy refurb.

We took delivery of our lease vehicle today and are very pleased with the overall experience. The vehicle was delivered sooner than expected, which was a great surprise and much appreciated.

Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates provided and any queries answered promptly. The delivery itself was smooth and hassle-free, and the vehicle arrived exactly as expected.

Got myself an EV5 from Paul. Great car and service. We had a few issues with the new system as it’s a new showroom but it was as still quick and painless experience.
