Made an order and paid next day delivery. Got message from Evri say delivery delayed although I have had 2 previous order to the same address. On knowing I tried reaching out however there’s no phone number. Absolute joke. Delivery POOR customer service POOR. would I use again. NOOOOOOOOOOO

Waiting for my refund.

Ordered Hydrosure Double joiners that were too big for my water irrigation pipes. Returned the item only to find out that I not only had to pay for the return postage, but also the original postal costs were deducted from the refund! I paid to the shop £7.58, plus £2.70 to return the item. Total cost £10.28 only to be refunded £3.59! Total rip off Hydrosure, no business from me again

I bought 2 x HydroSure Dual Outlet Water Timers which failed within a year due to plastic degradation. They were replaced and both the replacments subsequently failed. Depsite the clear design flaw (now regularly showing up in their product reviews), Water Irrrigation refused to help as it was outside the 1 year warranty period.

An inactive object should not fall apart from sunlight exposure alone and it is totally unacceptable to sell these for £30/unit when they have a realistic lifespan of 1 year.

The company refused to replace but offered no alterntive either, such as a discount on an alternative. Poor product, poor service, avoid at all costs!

Ordered irrigation timers for urgent use. This company uses Evri for delivery - the worst delivery company in the UK, but cheap for them. Their website says Evri will attempt delivery 3 times before sending back to company, and leave a card to prove delivery was attempted. NOT TRUE, Evri attempted delivery once (so they say) left no card and immediately returned to sender without further delivery attempts.
I only discovered this two days later, on the waterirrigation website, the day before Good Friday. No contact telephone numbers for Waterirrigation, just an online form, which I used. But of course they are closed all 4 days of Easter.
Seriously worried as we have had a spell of dry weather, no rain for all my recently planted greenery.
Really poor modus operandi from Waterirrigation. They have my money, but I have no timers.

UPDATE 7 APRIL - waterirrigation have replied to one of my 4 emails today, the first day they are open after Easter. They acknowledged the timers had been returned to them, but no reason given. They said they were sending them again by DHL overnight delivery. When I receive them I will update again, and also rate the waterirrigation response they asked for.

terrible service! NO AFTER SALES SERVICE! There is NO phone numbers! Everything is done via email and cannot speak to anyone! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I have placed three recent orders for a diy garden irrigation install. My parcels were expertly packed, all items were in great condition and of excellent quality. I found 95% of the parts I needed (only wish they also had a few more options for pipe converters 25mm-16mm etc.). Order was placed on a weekend, parcels were shipped first thing Monday with clear tracking and delivered on Tuesday. I will definitely keep in mind in future as this was a great experience.

No phone option at all if you need customer services which I did to discuss a replacement product. Only option is an online form which promises a 4 hour response. Four days later and 2 messages and still no reply so my order will be returned and I’ll buy elsewhere.

I was offerd a 10% discount but couldn't use the offer voucher. An email to the customer service followed with a reply in minutes (not hours). The end result was my discunt voucher was honoured.
Sometimes its not all about the problem, its how the company resolves the problem. Customer support were very polite and helpeful. YES I'll be using them again.

Ordered on 23 Dec 2025, paid for next day delivery.
Every single item as ordered delivered on Dec 24.
How pleasant to give such positive feedback. Most important of all, the quality of products they sell are good quality at fair price.

I paid for next day delivery for a product which I did not receive. I have emailed them twice as there is no contact telephone number and am still waiting for the products. Am very disappointed in the service. If I don't hear back I will be asking for a refund from my credit card company.

I’ve placed 3 orders in the last month. All for next day delivery. The first arrived on time via DHL. Both the others were sent via Evri (They are a cheap courier for a reason!) One arrived 1 week later after much chasing. The other is still awaited again one week since ordering. Email repos es are irrattic, and no phone to be able to call. (Did find one via Companies House, but recorded message to say that the line had been closed)! Still hoping I will get my order???
Think carefully before ordering from them. As you can see from the feedback on TrustPilot, it’s a frequent issue.

This company seems competitive and guarantees delivery next day, however, the bad news is they use Everi! A dishonest incompetent delivery company that employs lairs and thieves

Ordered at 6pm here next at 8am , well impressed with the delivery service , product was cheapest i found and easy to assemble ,would recommend

I ordered a sprinkler for a new lawn at 8.10pm and it arrived by 11.30am next day. What an incredible service. Moreso, the item was competitively priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Customer service like this is a dying breed.

Ordered on Saturday and my parcels arrived Monday, fantastic delivery and products seem first rate.

I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility.
Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS!
I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated.
Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted.
NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues:
- one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me
- one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item.
Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services
