Excellent advice and customer service
I had no previous experience of irrigation systems, so phoned for advice. James on technical worked through my requirements and put together everything I needed into a draft order which I just had to confirm and it was then delivered next day!
There was a minor misunderstanding about one connection, but another phone call resolved that with the replacement part being sent free postage and the return also arranged with free postage.
Excellent customer service.
