Poor customer service.
When I bought my water fountain it arrived quite quick. The problem started when the taps broke. I called them and asked for new taps for the fountain I purchased from them. I paid, they sent the taps. Unfortunately not for my fountain. Now, they don’t bother to replay to any of my emails to exchange those taps that would work with my dispenser. Terrible post sell service.
Look for different supplier. You’ll be better off.

Poor communication regarding item stock levels and delivery times. Our customer is willing to wait luckily. Realistic times should be shown on website before ordering.

They have been much better and we made a resolve in the end so I upped their rating to suit.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Would never recommend to my worse enemy.
Even after the debacle of going backwards and forwards to get an engineer to site.
The engineer (who was great by the way) came to site without details of what was needed, despite being promised a 95% fix on first visit. Could not replace the broken tap, so had to come back again. He arrived with a faulty part and rung up HQ to order a replacement. The new part arrived and was the exact same model, and also faulty. I was then told by a director that I had fitted the wrong one, even though I explained I had just taken it out of the box. All I ever get from this company is sorry time after time. Its just calamity after calamity.

I am sorry to read you have decided to leave us another negative review.
I do understand the part which was sent was incorrect, however to date we have done the following:-
Sent an engineer back to you (at our cost) to rectify the first issue with the swan neck tap.
Arranged to send a bubbler tap, again at our cost to compensate for the inconvenience caused on the first visit.
Offered a reduction in the first engineer call out.
Each time an issue has been flagged to us, we have responded within 24 hours and done our best to rectify the issue.
My Sales Director has again today arranged to send another part at our cost.
We will put this right for you, as we have promised to do so, and our doing our best to compensate this fairly, as highlighted above.
We will be in touch next week to ensure the right part is with you.
