Awful
Shocking customer service - ordered 2 X Cosmetal gas canisters on the 19th September which are still to be delivered even though money taken from my account. Spoke to them twice on the phone, promised delivery within a week yet nothing. Dont waste your time and money with these guys.

Customer Service communication needs much improvement
Contacted customer service to discuss item before purchase. Not informed that the item was out of stock. Purchased and then emailed to say that item was not in stock and given due date. Due date arrived and told that item was out of stock and offered different colour. Given another date for colour of choice. Have taken alternative colour but will not be ordering any further items
