The system works very well. We have had it for 6 years now and only have needed 1 repair in all this time, and the customer service has been very helpful to get the parts that we needed. overall i am very happy with the service and the product.

There were some issues during the initial installation which required certain pipe converter fittings those were sent quickly and my installation was completed. I had no issues over the years and having done an extension of the house I have managed to lose the power supply. Having bought W2B800 in Feb 2018 I was unsure if I will still be served. But after a quick chat with Steve, I was sorted with the replacement power supply in the post. Great service and they already have a great product.

Horrible company with decent products. The company has no sense of customer service. They sell filters for RO whose seals are broken. To me it seemed to be used. Twice I had to return the filter set on Amazon. Ironically, they sent me the same set even after I initiated the second order after two weeks. The prices for the filter too are so very high. More than half the price of a new RO filter. This is a joke and a monopoly by the company. It reminded me of those day where a printer cartridge was half the price of a new printer. It is shame. Consumable to be made expensive just for the company to sustain I guess. I have already started spreading my experience. Stay away from water2buy.

I have been buying from Water2buy for about 8 years now. I was introduced to RO through their products. Some good and some bad experiences, but they always show they care and resolve my issues. I just bought a complete replacement RO system, and I look forward to setting it up. I will continue to support them because they care. This is my honest unbiased review.

Do not trust this company, no customer service, they simply do not respond to requests. I purchased water softener including upfront installation, 3 mths later no installation, no refund. Contractor did not show on arranged installation date and Water2buy did not respond to my numerous requests (phone & email). I do not write reviews, writing this as a warning to all.

So far I have had different experiences first it took a while to get the unit and had to ring numerous times to see where it was, eventually it arrived. We plumbed it ourselves all seemed to work fine. Orders of test strips take weeks to arrive and when they came some days when we test the water its soft then again some weeks its really hard.
So we contacted them and were told to change some settings which we did and again it seemed to work again but now it is hard water again.
Now we are waiting on a call to arrange to swap the unit for a new one as it is obviously faulty. So that is where I am at the moment, when it works though it is really good.

Water2buy said they would send a replacement softner in February! "I am very sorry about this delay the best i can do for you is to get the item swapped would it be ok for me to get that sent out to you

Advised it will be despatched and since then I had a couple of emails from customer services/sales asking if working now. Never received replacement and now get £50 voucher offer emails. Was asked to rate my experience too but hopeless company to deal with once they have your money! Should have gone with the local company up the road, which I will do now having wasted months and time etc on Water2buy.

Since writing my review of the poor service I received from water2buy on 6 January the company have now resolved the issue and I thank them for all the help they gave. I would now thoroughly recommend water2buy and I am very satisfied with the working of the water softener.

Excellent product. I've had my reverse osmosis system for two years now. We have just encountered a problem with the pressure. I called them, answered very quickly, they quickly diagnoses the problem. Water2Buy provide a 3 year parts warranty so a replacement part has been sent. Can't fault Water2Buy.

This company is slow to respond and delivery time is high. After significant delay with first shipment the have sent me through a replacement item, however it has taken well over a month for the item to arrive.

BE AWARE they offer free items in return for 5 Star ratings!

I ordered Resin cleaner and salt. None of these items ever were delivered and order was marked as complete. Even the customer service in the UK is non existent. I would never order again.

It seems that most of the bad reviews has to do with their installation service. I bought a water softener and installed it myself. It's really not that difficult. Just water in and water out. My advice is if you're not comfortable with doing plumping yourself, use your local business for the whole thing. If you're looking for a cheap alternative and you're OK with doing the installation yourself then Water2Buy is a great choice! And the unit works just fine.

Bought it 6 years ago - good price, no issues whatsoever for the following 5.5 years. Few months ago, noticed issues with the combi boiler. My plumber investigated to find silica all over the water system - coming from the softener. Water2buy honored the parts warranty and sounds like they were familiar with the issue - cheap (£8) flimsy plastic filter to hold the silica in place was completely damaged. Had to flush the boiler and my water system from the silica and change the boiler heat-plat - total bill of £300. On exchanging the silica filter tube - about 1/3 of the silica came out - advised by water2buy it shouldnt affect the softening of the water - but it did. Now im looking for a new softener.

W2Buy Review
I bought the W2B200 from Amazon and had it installed by a fully certified plumber, but unfortunately the unit has never worked. The installation and set up was double checked by the installer, to no avail.
I phoned the customer service helpline, and they were extremely helpful in taking me through a few items to check. It still did not work so they booked me in for one of their engineers to visit.
Sadly, the engineer did not turn up and no explanation was given. I again spoke to customer services and was given an apology. I was then told that the engineer would contact me directly. This never happened. Back to customer services, who again said they would book an engineer visit. I was then given a choice of 2 dates for an engineer visit and I confirmed that either date would suit me, so asked them to confirm the date and time. This never happened and the dates passed without a call or visit.
I have tried phoning and requesting a phone back on so many occasions that I have lost count. I have also tried responding by email and online chat but am yet to get a response.
I am now in a situation where I will have to purchase a new water softener or risk paying for another plumber to check the unit.
Do not risk ordering from this company.

Bought from Amazon and fitted by a local plumber - very straight forward. Once I had the hardness settings correctly adjusted the unit has produced softened water on demand (around 2 weeks now). Purchased some hoses direct from W2B and they arrived promptly.
