I have nothing but PRAISE for the team at 'Water2Buyfrom'
They have always been very reliable and send orders quickly....and its not because we are all Irish ;-) 5+

This company is a scam - DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM. We placed an order which has been sat with Evri (their courier of choice which is not a good sign). It has been stuck with Evri for a month and Water2buy will not respond to any emails / calls. Stephen (so called head of customer) is a fake person / team.

This is a scum company, I ordered but never have the installation services, every time just tell me they will come but no show for 2 times already
I want to return and refund but no show and no one answer the call, saying will be refund but never process!! Don’t trust them, with no service after you paid

Ho acquistato un addolcitore, funziona benissimo ho risolto il problema del calcare, ho acquistato anche un depuratore osmosi tutti ottimi prodotti facili da installare, lo può fare chiunque.
L'assistenza è subito pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problematica di qualsiasi genere.

I purchased a water softner from this company about 8 years ago and got very good service during its lifetime. I believe in providing some loyalty to companies that give good customer service so I purchased a replacement unit during August. What a mistake, this company is now the worst company I have ever dealt with. The softner didn't work from day one and now after many, many emails and promises I still do not have soft water. The most recent communication was from Steven who said a new unit would be shipped over a week ago and I would get a tracking number the next day. Guess what, no tracking number and unable to make contact. This is dreadful company now so please avoid if you value your sanity. The unit is legally under warranty and I will update this post accordingly.

Brilliant service from these folks, on top of which they are super friendly as well. Happy to recommend.

Ordered a wb200 unit and paid for pro installation on 24th aug. parts took few weeks to arrive. It is now 1st nov and despite many calls and emails they have still not arranged my installation. I call every few days and get the same excuses over and over. They have taken money and are not supplying the service. Best to avoid them.

Update: (12-11-2022) on weds i rang again and this time was finally given an install day of coming saturday. The installer called me to confirm saturday 0830-0900. Come saturday no show from the installer guy and not responding to my messages. Again awful service.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Seems very solid & well put together. Installing it was fairly straightforward with - but your diy plumbing skills probably need to be up to scratch

It's not looking promising. I have received the water softener, and credit where credit is due - the delivery was prompt. Unfortunately that was the last of any positive experiences.

I had also paid for installation and as yet nobody has contacted me. It's only been 2 weeks, so maybe I'm being too quick to judge - time will tell. But now reading some of the other reviews I fear my concerns may be valid.

I've sent 2 emails and the silence I've received was worrying, so I have now asked for a refund.

I shall update this review as the events unfold - and hopefully they will.

The water filter W2BCRO-600 has been bought half a year ago and I can confirm that the filter is the best that I have seen, the delivery was quick enough. I can recommend this seller if somebody decide to buy some water filters.

The appliance is easy to use and manage. You can easily adjust cleaning cycle. Support personnel are friendly and respond quickly. Excellent price, 3 times lower than competitor.

I would have given no star if I could. I had ordered second time hoping to have similar experience with them. My first time order experience was very good customer service and product. That made me order one more with them. I ordered on 23 Sept 2022 (order no 00881380)and today we are at 13 oct 2022.. I have been following up with mails amd calls and chats and no proper solution to deliver the product. Wasted my time and money. I have asked for a refund hope to receive that soon with out any follow up. Buy their product if you have lot of time to chase them with no proper result.

After a slight hiccup, the follow-up service I received from Steven, Chief of customer Happiness, was superb.

There were a few delays to my order. The customer service team have now made a significant effort over the last few days to deliver everything in good order

What a truly awful Company to deal with.
On the website it tells you the product is in stock for same day dispatch and delivery within 2-3 days. That's untrue.
When you call them to find out where your product is, there's no one to take your call. There is an option to press # to get a call back 'before the end of the day'. That's untrue; nobody calls you back.
When you e-mail them to cancel the order they ignore your instructions. Instead, you get an e-mail from them saying 'This is just a follow up email as the case is now 3 days old and we did not get a response back'. That is untrue and disingenuous.

I don't know how good the product is but with this kind of customer service, I'm not giving them my business. I'll buy from a competitor whose ethics and service quality are better; one who tells the truth.

very reasonable prices and good quality goods i did have a problem with delivery but now it has been sorted out with a friendly phone call from customer services

Had an issue with our softener but had the most amazing engineer (Ross) come round and sort it - love our softener and very grateful to Ross!

Ordered water softener. Came fast. I had a good experience!
