I ordered a watch for my son as a leaving school present, and to wear for him prom this was supposed be a special present as my son has been poorly and struggled to finish school and take part in his exams. I wanted to show him how proud am I of him. This watch place was recommended to me so I didn't expect any issues the watch. As a single parent I was happy and excited to be able to get the watch for my son unfortunately, I received the wrong watch and the stress of awaiting there reasons to receive "send us the watch back we'll look into it". Adding more stress lnto what should of been a joyful time, no mention of a refund or the original watch that I ordered coming in time for my son's prom. He's already finished school and I have not been able give him his present, as this is there mistake not mine.

Good packaging and delivery
The watch was packaged extremely well with bubble wrap and protective plastic all around to prevent scratches and delivery was very quick once my order was placed.

Easy experience with WatchNation. Bought a Diesel Cliffhanger Chronograph DZ4641 (blue dial and leather strap), paid £179, normal price £250. The watch arrived quickly, and was sent in sturdy packaging. Inside the packaging it was in its official Diesel box. Would definitely use WatchNation again!

Great service I had doubts but these were unfounded.
First the price was good and I was happy they used Royal Mail as the delivery service, I had the package diverted to a Post Office so I didn't have to wait in. Delivery was fast and I would certainly use this company again.

Two Seiko watches ordered, delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24. The watches were well packaged in the transit packaging, no chance of any damage.
The price was competitive for each watch; they both look good on the wrist.
I have no hesitation in recommending WatchNation based on my buying experience.
