I ordered a Hamilton Jazzmaster on Sunday evening. The price is acceptional £785 for a £990 watch.
No other company online or in-store came close to this value

It was packed and dispatched on the Monday and was delivered on the Tuesday.

Amazing price and amazing turn around.

Very well packaged no chance of any damage during transit.

The watch itself is beautiful Hamilton make such lovely watches.

I would highly recommend watch nation, the price is the best around and the service is superb.

Order a watch with their easy to use website on preorder. Was given an estimated delivery date prior to purchase. Sadly the manufacturer couldn’t keep to the estimate they provided to watch nation. Watch nation was excellent with communication with me throughout and were happy to cancel the order when requested. Friendly through their emails and an easy to speak call handler. Sometimes a good review is about how they handle things when a sale doesn’t go through and they did a superb job!

Cestrian watch ordered. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was fast and secure. I will shop again, i am very glad

I had a great experience with WATCHNATION. I initially purchased a watch that developed an issue, but the customer service was excellent. I asked if I could exchange it for a different brand instead, and they were more than happy to help.

I emailed Watch Nation. Nothing. I called. They confirmed they’d received my email, and when I asked wha
t to do about it, the answer was literally “dunno,” followed by a promise that someone would email me back that day. Nobody did.

I called back several times since. Every time, the phone just rang and rang with no answer. When I finally got through, the guy knew exactly what I was calling about and assured me customer service would be in touch that day. That was yet another empty promise. Another day has gone by, and still no contact from anyone.

Thank god this was just a test purchase before I committed to buying a few more expensive models, like a Hamilton and a Victorinox, from them. If something had gone wrong with one of those, you’d be severely out of pocket with a company that clearly won’t lift a finger to help. A defective product is one thing, but a company that keeps promising callbacks and never delivers is another. I have no idea how Watch Nation has the rating it does, because this experience has been appalling from start to finish.

Update: About a week and a half after posting this review, and after a prolonged period of complete radio silence, I was finally contacted by the same gentleman I’d previously spoken to on the phone—the one who responded “I don’t know” when I asked what WatchNation intended to do about the problem, and who later assured me that customer services would be in touch that day. It appears he was also the person reviewing my case.

To be fair, they did eventually offer a solution. They said I could return the watch, they would resize it for me, and send it back with the return postage covered. I think it’s only fair to acknowledge that they did make an effort to put things right in the end.

Initially, I agreed to return it. However, by that stage I’d already solved the problem myself by fitting the watch to a different strap, and after more than a week of chasing, multiple emails and numerous phone calls just to get to this point, I’d simply lost the enthusiasm to go through the process of sending it back. It felt like more hassle than it was worth.

Contacted them 3 times via email and have not recieved a single response. Placed an order and was supposed to receive the watch within 24 hours. Still not received the watch or an update as requested 2 weeks later!

I was send the wrong watch. I placed an order for black dial hamilton but I got silver dial. Not happy. In terms of competitive pricing and service of delivery, I highly rate them.

Returning customer for good reason… watches are shipped fast, packed well and at great prices!

I received a watch from someone who bought it from WatchNation. Unfortunately it was running grossly fast when I opened it so I contacted them for a resolution. Even though my friend had bought it 2 months prior WatchNation promptly replaced it with a brand new one which I'm pleased to say is fault free. So ultimately good service but obviously a shame the first one was sent out in this condition!
