The battery life of the watch is disastrous,also it is not compatible with all android phones.

Initially, this experience was a 1-star one.
The watch I received had a clear factory defect. When I contacted customer support, the first response suggested using the 14-day withdrawal and returning the item at my own expense, which is not appropriate in a warranty case involving defective goods. I had to explicitly point out that, under EU consumer rules, the customer should not bear any additional costs in such situations.
The response time was also quite slow, although this can reasonably be attributed to the holiday period.
That said, once the issue was properly understood, the seller handled the case correctly and sent a replacement, which resolved the problem.
Because the situation was ultimately settled fairly, I am updating my review to 4 stars, but the initial handling and communication could definitely be improved.

Exceptional service, during the Christmas period, I placed an order for a beautiful watch, a Jacques Lemans Eco Power Chronograph Solar, and it only took 5 business, working days to arrive, I'll say it again, exceptional service for it to arrive in that time period, from Finland to Ireland. I don my cap to watchesonline.com and their courier, FedEx, order was placed on Sunday, dispatched at 6.08 am Monday morning and it was at my doorstep the following Monday, I'll definitely will be a returning customer!!

The parcel didn't even arrived until now. Please stop using FedEx . It's the most underrated company ever. They told me to call "the buyer" , because the parcel didn't arrived in Ireland yet. But in the FedEx app it shows me that from 19.12 it's stuck somewhere in Dublin at a collection point. It was a gift , and now I don't even know what to do.

I made a purchase of a watch on the 12th. I was told it would take 5 days to arrive, but so far nothing has arrived.
I have sent several emails and have received no response.
