I ordered 3x watches from watchesonline. While going through comments, I saw that the UPS delivery had rather poor reviews. So I decided to go for the UPS Express paying EUR9 more, even though my order was around EUR320ish. Got my parcel in 3 days! Prices are competitive too. Gonna purchase some more again!

Avoid
I bought a Samsung S7 watch with this company in July. The watch stopped holding it charge so I reach out to customer services and was advised as per below
We can send it to warranty service. It there is no problem with the watch service costs 49 € which you have to pay. It is a check fee.
Kindly pack the unused product well protected in the same cardboard box you received it in, or in a similar one. Include everything that came with the product, its own original package, receipt etc. Write "Return" on the receipt.
Write on the outside of the package your order number, at least on two sides. Arrange for a return with the courier of your choice, preferably the same the package was delivered with. The customer is always responsible for the costs of return
I do not keep packing just in case a product is faulty the cost involved in returning and checking fee would purchase a new watch. I will buy local in future as their returns policy is ridiculous.

Hi, the product comes with a charging base, but the manufacturers no longer include a USB cable for ecological reasons.
Geen levering ontvangen, geen contact mogelijk
Mijn aankoop is niet geleverd door FedEx, zij geven aan deze te zijn verloren. 10 dagen geleden heb ik dit gemeld en na meerdere herinneringen te sturen heb ik nog steeds geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Het is een kostbare aankoop geweest en ik vind het zeer onprofessioneel en onbetrouwbaar dat niemand contact met mij opneemt.
