Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration this delay has caused you. We completely understand how disappointing it is to wait for a pre-ordered item when the original timeline is pushed back.
To be completely transparent, the Google Fitbit Air was available for pre-order based on the strict timeline provided to us by the manufacturer and distributor, who originally estimated that shipments would start during June. Unfortunately, due to production or logistical delays on the manufacturer's side, they were unable to release and deliver the stock to us as scheduled.
As a retailer, we are entirely dependent on the manufacturer's shipping schedules. As soon as they informed us that they could not fulfill the June delivery and were pushing the release back, we immediately updated the information on our website and notified our pre-order customers that the manufacturer's new estimate is July.
We are absolutely not stalling for time, and we are constantly pushing the distributor for updates to get your device delivered the very second it lands at our warehouse.

The price was unmatched across the web, the engraving was absolutely perfect (and inexpensive!), plus the gift packaging is to die for =D
I did contact the customer service multiple times before ordering, just to ensure the engraving was exactly as I envisioned, and Sofia was super helpful and quick to answer!
