the machines just don't wash properly . i have used them about 8 times now and there a complete waste of money and time . if you wash and dry your clothes and have the fabric softener and pre wash it costs around £25 for one wash .if you use them 4 times you can prettymuch buy a washing machine for that. better off just going to a launderette . it costs about £10 and thats for a large machine and dryer . moor importantly your clothes will come out clean

Wash did not include opt out of companies cleaning solution I had a allergic reaction to product. Took payment for dryer but did not operate, help line did not respond to call back and website would not refund payment.

Our washing machine and tumble dryer both broke within a week of each other, so this was a life saver to get the kids clothes washed. The downside for me is that Goole Play store is saying the app is no longer available in the UK and so there is no longer any way to see if the washer or dryers are free before setting out. When will this become available again in the UK? Also, the internet connection kept dropping when trying to pay.

Two 20 min dry cycles for £3.50 a cycle to dry 20kg of washing washed at home. Completely dry and excellent machines located at BP sandringham melton rd Leicester. Wouldn’t try the washers there just happy to use the drying facility. First time using wash.me and I’ll deffo be back again soon! Really happy and pleased with how convenient it was.

Used to be good but they have clearly turned the heat setting on the driers down. I just paid £15 to dry and laid of towels. A laundrette would be cheaper. I've bee using them for over a year, but after today im done. Rip off

This is an absolute disgrace were here in centra in buttavent co cork d dryers are still broken they only work for a few minutes and yhen error comes up on d screen why srent these being fixed i wouldnt recommend ye

Tried using wash me in Stroud, machines malfunctioning and out of order.
Looks like wash me have washed their hands of customer care.

Amazing service. Very convenient and easy to use. However, I used my own softener, and my own laundry egg just to make sure, everything smells fresh (after the horrible reviews). Everything is freshly washed and completely dry within 1 hour for £14.50. Happy costumer.

I used the machines at Johnston, I washed a king-sized duvet, which came out great, put in tumble dryer on to find it wasn't working!! No prior warning on machine so stuck with a wet duvet !@

Absolute joke of a company. Machine decided to stop working during a wash and was told by customer services id have to wait 48 hours to get my stuff out as thats how long it would take for an engineer to come out, by which time my washing will be ruined as its wet and left unattended for 48 hours. They are absolutely not interested in finding any solutions and was told nothing can be done and they accept no responsibility if my washing is ruined. Absolutely useless.

Used the Wash Me machines twice now. Brilliant results both times. Not used the dryers as the washers spin so well the items are virtually dry and can be finished off on the line at home.
Excellent value for money. Will continue to use this facility.

Used the machines in Perth to clean a standard load. First day, 20kg drum was stuck "draining", so used 9kg drum. Paid for wash, started machine, then the whole unit powered down completely. 10 minutes later, it rebooted to its default state, voiding my wash. Couldn't even pay for a new wash because it was stuck "reconnecting" at the payment point.

Went back the next day and the jammed 20kg machine was free, I assumed it was fixed - since the errors had been flagged and others were using it. I did a load with the 20kg machine and it was still having drainage problems! First the door jammed despite the cycle being over and when it finally did open, the clothes were soaked and soapy.

The advantage of these machines is the 24hr nature, justifying the higher cost. But if they don't work, why bother?

Nothing against washme, just the selfish inconsiderate lady who turned up in her car to take her washing out the big machine whilst I was waiting patiently for over half an hour to use it and instead of having the decency to ask me if I was waiting to use the said machine - why else would I be parked at the side of it sitting in my car? I waited whilst I thought she was unloading the machine but oh no, she then reloaded the machine with another load of her washing before driving off again. She very cunningly parked her car in between so I didn't realise what she had done until it was too late else I would have had words.

Cost was ridiculous for a small load. The spin dry didn’t go close. Took an hour of drying time to dry. Never again.

This is the second time I have attempted to use a Wash Me facilty at Monks Way in Milton Keynes, and its the second time it was "offline" I suspect it never gets serviced or fixed and is a waste of time, I ended up washing my quilt at a local launderette and it turned out to be 5 quid cheaper

Convenient and human focused / first business.

Had an issue with the dryer, and it was late at night, Whatsapp support got back as soon as they started in the morning, sorted the issue, and refunded my money,

Agent was polite, courteous and fast to help, even though I was working they replied to all my messages instantly and resolved and refunded money.

Extremely good company, highly recommend using their services.

Due to my kitchen being renovated I have had to use this daily a number of times. People should not be allowed to wash their horse blankets, there is so much debris left in the washing machine. There is a bag of clothes been sat on the floor for a week. These machines should be monitored better.

I didn't read the reviews before I used the machines so you may say I was just lucky but I have no complaints at all. I washed and dried a cream coloured Dorma bedspread which was really well spun and not creased. Gave it 30 minutes on the lowest drying heat and it was nice and dry for airing. All in all it was a great experience!

First of all it's not the cheapest (but It was supposed to be a 1 off for me so 🤷) however after using it once I put a second wash in and it wouldn't accept payment. I tried 3 cards (and yes they all had money in ) so then i message the whatsapp help number (dont k ow why they called it that coz i got no response) so then you have to unload the washer to go elsewhere..... plus this is a new wash just installed....good job 😠 😡

Really bad experience. Payed 11£ and the machine had an error after around 10 minutes. Everything soaking wet, so we had to pay another 11£ to wash it in the next machine. It was 16:45 and the 24/7 customer service couldn’t be reached per telephone. Finally we reached someone over WhatsApp. But we were informed that we cannot get any refund if we don’t have a UK bank account, which we don’t because we’re on holiday. Reached out again and again with different suggestions (maybe a voucher etc.) but no help was offered. We payed with credit card and I am stunned that it is allowed to not be able to get a refund via the same paying method we used to pay for the service in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend!
