Driver arrived in good time He coped with the narrow entrance brilliantly. I was so grateful for his pleasant assistance with all our luggage. Good journey home. Both journeys to and from our holiday were made easy and relaxed for us. Highly recommended thank you.

Very helpful and driver
Wonderful service. Very helpful driver. My husband has a four wheel walker and he walks very slowly. The driver was kind and patient and helped my husband to his car and again on arrival helped him out of car. He deserves a medal. A big thank you.

Excellent service, picked me up from Heathrow airport, driver called me I met him on the drop off zone on level 3 . Nice helpful driver. All round they are a good trusted company. Will continue to use them for my airport journeys

I have been using Wallington cars for many years and will continue as I am very happy with them. Perfect service! The cab always arrives before the time it was booked for. Drivers are very polite and provide great service. The office staff very knowledgeable and polite as well.

Great service -mostly
We booked for both a drop off (0330 trip to Gatwick for a very early drop off at Gatwick). Driver John was great. Turned up early, we got a text informing us when he was on the way. He was chatty enough (but discreetly not too much as we are not very very good 'morning' family). Vehicles was very clean and comfortable. We had also booked the return trip (ie pick up from our return flight)... And it was easy to book/confirm and prepay. What was rather disappointing is the way the driver who picked us up didn't meet us in the airport building itself.. at the arrival area at Gatwick Terminal North. We had to instead play a bit of hide & seek trying to find him in the carpark instead which was not quite obvious. (Hence only 4 instead of 5 stars)
