Ordered booster pump whose spec was well described. Delivered very quickly well packaged with everything that I needed to crack on using it. A far cry from the pump I bought from another supplier that was returned. Vyair are a well trusted name in water purification and the price was the best I found online .. pumps been working like a charm .. happy days .. happy customer

Terrible service throughout.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying from them. I purchased a Reverse Osmosis Water filter system from Vyair a few years ago. Every time I have to order new filters I have problems with the website and delivery. I usually end up having to call them to resolve the issue and have had to wait a long time to receive them in the past. I recently tried to order a new filter which was displayed as 'in stock' on the website. Had problems ordering through the website as it would not calculate delivery, so I called them. They put the order through and then I get an email a day later to tell me the item is out of stock! They offered me an alternative filter which was not compatible with my Vyair product (They claim to offer a level of technical support and advice few companies of their size offer... I guess they do not say what level that is, but you would think they would know). After I told them I don't think the product is compatible, they told me they no longer supply filters for my system and will not be getting more in the future, sorry, goodbye. So I now have an expensive Vyair water filter that is useless and nowhere I can find supplies of these unique filters. The unit was great, fully functioning and I had no problems with it, but without replacement filters... I will be sad to see it go.

Lousy customer care for RO issue
We have an RO water purification device. We were never told or instructed to change the sponges that hold the resin in place. Consequently some resin beads escaped and got in to the connected autoclave. Vyair have denied all responsibility and liability. It cost me hundreds of pounds to trace the issue and repair the autoclave. A question to an online forum of other dental practices suggest that others have also never been instructed properly.
The attitude when we approached Vyair could hardly be described as helpful. Very very poor customer relationship.

Customer care is very important to us and while this can be said for most companies, I can comfortably say that my tech and customer service teams are dedicated and that my expectations of my team’s customer care abilities is incredibly high, and this is not lip service or a ‘’default’’ statement.
It is an unfortunate situation when a customer is so unhappy that they feel the need to both leave a bad review and make a public judgement which can be taken out of context.
Vyair gives a level of free technical support and advice, that few companies of our size offer, regardless of if it is our own product or from another supplier, or, if it is connection with a sale, or just ongoing support of our customers. We understand by offering this level of support that we are open to misjudgement and misunderstanding when we are dealing with some customers, sometimes, and we will always strive to do the very best we can for all our customers.
Vyair has been established for over 15 years and during that time it has made many changes- all geared to create improvements to make us exceptional; however, we are human, and we don’t always get this right. What makes us different is we analyse all feedback and use it to continue to improve, regardless of if this is positive or negative- we are never complacent.
I would welcome any customer who has felt they have not been instructed correctly to call Vyair, to talk to the tech team and myself, to make sure they are being taken care of in the right manner by the right department, directly.
We believe we did everything in our power to try and rectify the situation in connection with the issues surrounding this feedback and again we are sorry that we were not able to come to an outcome where we could leave this customer feeling taken care of.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, purchased a pack of two filters for Tommy tipee Milk Prep machine and neither worked, we purchased official tipee ones and they worked immediately. Contacted them and were not interested, blamed user error and said we needed to follow guidelines and leave submerged over night which we had done and the response was sorry we can’t resolve your issues. Lessons learned to not buy fake.
