I had replaced my transmission and tcm from a used donor vehicle and didn’t know about the component protection on my 2012 Audi a5 Quattro and the tcm was locked up and wouldn’t allow me to drive my car. It was stuck in my driveway for 2 months and I had just bought the car so I’ve been in tears and anger for these last couple of months.
I found this website and they helped me with everything I needed to buy.
I had no idea how to use Odis and never heard of it. I tried on my own to fix the problem and was unable to. Thought I was scammed there for a minute so I was a bit rude to them thinking they ripped me off for a couple hundred bucks but then they came through and they ended up doing all of it for me remotely even tho it says in the description programming not provided after login.
I was frustrated with my car and wasn’t exactly nice to these people and they still went above and beyond to help me and they fixed my car! I am so happy and grateful to them and it was all worth it. Thank you thank you thank you!! I’m saving them in my contacts and will use them for everything dealing with my car in every issue in the future.
Again I am sorry for my attitude and will not forget how they helped me. So if you’re scared to try this don’t be. If you’re like me and have an Audi or Volkswagen that the Audi dealer tries telling you it’ll cost 5k for just the part not the labor and you’re looking for an affordable alternative to fixing your baby this is it. They’re a life saver and a money saver I offered to pay them a hundred extra bucks to help me and they only charged me 59$ even offered to tip them and they just asked for a good review instead so here is my review. Shout out to the VXDAS customer service team for outstanding responsiveness and product support. They assisted me with remote product configuration, answered my questions promptly and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Ordered cable for my Porsche to laptop from this company shipping shows it left China quickly however it gets to the US and I never received the product. Contacted the company and told me please wait a little longer, it has almost been a month. Also was told by a representative next time I should pay for expedited shipping. There will not be a next time. Stay away. I work in the Automotive Industry on the Service side, I will tell everyone I meet up with stay away.

The service provided by this company was exceptional. Communication and follow up were to the point, efficient and very relevant. Great care was taken to ensure my order was corrected when I included an item that was redundant and not needed. The refund process for that item was very quick. Great customer service is an art that many companies struggle to provide. When email was captured by work security protocol, a text message was sent alerting me to the need for a response. The company appears to be very active in their customer service. I placed an order but could not find the confirmation email and within 14 mins of contacting customer service I was given a tracking number and complete order details. I literally only had the date of the transaction from my credit card.

I had some problems installing the software so I contacted VXDAS via whatsapp and Emily was very helpful and was able to get me up and running via teamViewer with the software. honestly I am very satisfied. I would buy from them again, thanks, Emily. I bought Star C4 DOIP xentry 09-2023 and it worked great, thanks.

outstanding after sell support, my experience was very pleasant, after I've received a package that was damaged in the shipping process, the colleagues from VXDAS was supportive and responsive to all email and inquires needed by the shipping company every thing went like a text book ! a big shout out to LUCY, AVI and the others for there great work
