At the last step a 29.99 item was added without my selection. I ask multiple times in multiple emails to cancel the order with never a reply. Now I will have to call my Credit card to dispute the charge. Piss poor service and business model.

It was easy to put together & it’s well….
It was easy to put together & it’s well made. The only thing I was hoping it would be larger. I put a little cat nip on it to entice her. She definitely uses the scratching pads but hasn’t figured out the ball. We’ll keep trying! I think it’s perfect for kittens & younger cats.

This is an addendum to my prior communication: I was contacted by the company after my poor review. They have refunded the money. They asked that I re-review them. They did eventually take care of business, but it was way too much trouble. I will not do business with them again.

I love the concept and the comfort of…
I love the concept and the comfort of this pillow. But I am only five feet tall and this pillow is short. To place it to comfort my knees, the top of the pillow only comes up to my upper arm. I wish it was longer so that I could rest my cheek on the top end.

I have not received the items that I purchased
I have not received the items I purchased on 5/04/2026. I had sent two messages requesting a delivery date and have not received any correspondence as of this date, 5/18. I am going to contact my bank, 5/19, to request that they take action to cancel payment, if I do not get action. You have my phone number so you do not have a reason to not contact me ASAP.

Product appears to match description, holding power of the Velcro will be seen as the days of use increase. The only reason for the 4 stars is Order Date 4/20/2026, Ship Date 4/29/2026, Delivery Date 5/12/2026. From order to delivery was over 3 weeks. In addition to the fact that I emailed asking for a status and wasn’t replied to. I may order again, I only know that if I need it in a timely manner, it appears that won’t happen.

company has tricky website to make you order more than you want, and totally unresponsive when I contacted them about the mistake.
I ordered one pair, but somehow ended up with the ordered pair, and with a double pair as well. I immediately contacted the company stating the problem but got no response. I would like a RMA number and/or return label to return the double pair, and a refund. Thank you. Dean Kavouras
