After chatting with them about a product which they said is good. After payment, they told me the product is out dated and switched me to another!
Bad experience as I lost my time fighting for refund and lost $210 for overseas banking transaction charges!!

i bought software and PSA hardware, this was for an old peugeot 406.so i loaded software, the connection to the ODB unit was via Bluetooth, This is where the unit failed, my pc would pick up other bt devices but not the PSA. i had numerous conversations about the fault but they were not interested in solving the problem so i have given up. the real irony is that the unit price is around 50 dollars with shipping it would have been so easy to send another unit and i would have no been singing their praises, but all they did was stall and frustrate me till i gave up,

The admin of VXDAS asked me to write a review and I will write everything honestly as it was.
I ordered a scanner for Mercedes and software from them. The parcel was sent very quickly. The seller made me an invoice for my company, at first the exchange rate was the same and the invoice was with the same amount, and on the second day the rate changed and the seller kindly changed the amount in the invoice. Also, after receiving the SSD, I put it in one laptop to which the seller registered the keys. A month later I changed the laptop and the seller again registered the keys for the new laptop. I liked the quality of the goods, the expectations corresponded to what was received. But I want to note the constant support and cooperation with the seller, this is a huge plus. I recommend it to everyone

Would highly recommend. The VXDAS team were polite, prompt, and very patient. The Software and Hardware work great as advertised.
Purchased the ODIS Software 256G SSD and the V.AS 6154 Interface VAG Diagnostic Tool separately.
You require an old laptop, preferably one with an Old HDD that needs an upgrade anyway. Plug in the new SSD in the C:Drive. Turn on and enter the TeamViewer application already on the Laptop. Contact the VXDAS team on Whatsapp and tell them your Teamviewer ID and password. They'll remote view the laptop and setup the already downloaded software. Be advised they will require you to plug in the VAS 6154 reader to configure that too. Now all you have to do it check its connected on the AllScanner application (Just hit connect, and then hit test) if connected by USB cable, or connect to the VAS 6154 through your network wifi (Mine was ODIS24) (then connect and test again on AllScanner).
Once done run the ODIS software as normal.

I bought "MB Star C6 with V2025.03 Xentry Software in a Lenovo T420 Laptop, Full Set, Ready to Use." I was skeptical at first, and it didn't work right away. I have a very new model (C206, built in 2023), but the customer service was great. The guys connected live via TeamViewer and solved the problem quickly! Their communication is excellent. Concise, precise, and to the point – that's fantastic. I think I'll be buying more from VXDAS in the future. Greetings to Tammy from Berlin!

Customer service was great! The process to purchase and install the SIS system was smooth, I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. I am from Trinidad. We have a major time difference but they ensured we got our service on time.Keep up the great work guys!

I purchased a brand-new FoxFlash programmer from VXDAS (Order #VXDAS15829EN). From the beginning, the tool was completely non-functional — no ECU communication, no power from the BenchBox, and no response even when trying different ECUs with direct wiring.

Initially, there was no smoke. It appeared on the 3-rd day, after I had already spent many hours testing. While chatting with the support team via messenger and preparing to send photos (as requested), I left the BenchBox powered on with a test ECU connected — just to show how everything was wired. I got distracted while writing the message, and a few minutes later I noticed a strong burning smell. Smoke was coming from the BenchBox. I recorded a video as proof and sent it to them. Sadly, I couldn’t include the smell of burnt electronics.

I spent over 20 hours across two evenings carefully troubleshooting. I’m a professional ECU technician, and my setup was correct. Yet instead of offering a refund or replacement, they just kept asking for more photos — as if I were a beginner. I even told them that I had already taken everything apart, having exhausted every option.

I clearly explained the issue to their representative via messenger and even offered specific options to resolve the situation — but her reply was simply that she is “just a representative” and that the technical team would decide how (and if) they would handle it. When I directly asked “when will you resolve this?”, the reply I got was “I’ll have lunch first, then I will talk to the team.” After that — complete silence. I had to follow up again more than 24 hours later to receive a vague, noncommittal response.

Meanwhile, more than 48 hours passed since our first contact, and the first thing I was asked was my order number — even though it was already clearly provided in earlier messages within the same chat, along with the tracking number. This felt more like a strategy to delay resolution than to help.

Most of their public replies on Trustpilot say “we will check and solve the problem,” yet the reviews are never updated — which strongly suggests that these problems are rarely resolved. Their responses seem more like routine deflection than genuine support.

At this point, I no longer have any interest in using FoxFlash from this company again. I’ve lost two days of work and nearly $700. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this store.

I have saved all correspondence, including the video evidence and purchase confirmation. If the company eventually resolves the matter, I will consider updating this review to reflect the outcome — but nothing changes the fact that the support process has already been unacceptably poor.

Just a wonderful company with a very kind and supper cool customer service.. they helped me recover my Xtuner credentials for completely FREE though i never ordered tool from them. 100% recommended.

Absolutely amazing, had trouble setting up even a month after I purchased their product. I reached out and their team and they made it such a breeze to get everything up and running. Customer service is totally top notch always helpful and always kind.

I bought SD Connect, cables and SSD for software.

First, hardware is top notch and packaging excellent. Shipping was much quicker than I thought, very pleased.

Software setup is pretty clever, and VXDAS support got things activated quickly.

The instructions are all over the place though, which made it difficult to collect all the information and guide bits to get stuff running. 4.5/5.
