VWFS Rent-a-Car - Stoke Anmeldelser 

Hired a T-ROC for a week while my car was off the road. Josh was very helpful and polite and couldn't be more engaging.
The whole hiring process was a doddle and I would definitely use VWFS as my first choice should I want to Hire a car in the future.

I have used your service many times and recommended your service to many people.
However after the recent hire this will not be happening.
I contacted your representative after having the car for 3 days of a 8 day hire to enquire if I could return early and obtain a refund.
The attitude was off with me straight away and eventually I was given a figure for the refund. I questioned how this was calculated,and was told I was being charged for 4 days when it was only 3 . The attitude initially was just bring the car back and well work it out then and that the price he quoted was right. I had to remind him that I was the customer in didn't appreciate his attitude.
I decided to return the car there and then as you didn't deserve my custom.
My previous experiences have been amazing from the previous representative however they are no longer there and so neither is the customer experience.

Josh has helped me with a car whilst mine is in repair and it has been stress free and easy!
