VWFS Rent-a-Car - Poole Anmeldelser

First time I have used VWFS rent-a-car and will definitely use them again the next time I need to rent. Super friendly and efficient staff, lovely almost new car that was clean, and straightforward pickup and drop off processes. What’s not to like.

Clean nearly new vehicle, which was perfect for our needs. But more so, th staff were extremely helpful when we had to amend the booking, going the extra mile for us, as well as being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Overall good experience.
However did order short wheelbase buzz and was allocated lwb!

The team were very efficient and professional, the whole process was dealt with very quickly at both collection and drop off. Would definitely use again.

Always a professional well mannered staff to greet and talk you through the hire agreement and car, I have used them numerous times and found this level of service on every hire agreement , I will use again, well done team Poole!

Great service / staff and great Multivan. Thank you team VW. Rented a 7 seater Multivan to France for 10 days, couldn’t be happier. 26 plate Multivan was a joy to drive.

I rented a car for the weekend from VWFS in Poole and the whole experience was seamless. Booking was straightforward, all staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the pick-up/drop off process was straightforward and efficient. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in future.

Great value, brilliant service and really friendly. Can’t fault anything.

Harry went out of his way to get us a Golf R Line at very short notice. Excellent customer service and great car to drive

This whole experience was simply perfect. From quotation, handover to return was flawless and a credit to Roy who was fantastic.

Collecting a rental from VW as my car was faulty hence the service booking, and what could have been a stressful situation was turned into an ABSOLUTE pleasure by Roy. Roy was super professional, friendly and attentive! The process was smooth and completely hassle free. Absolutely loved Roy, what a gem and incredible asset to VW.

Roy Senkali gave me outstanding service and I would rate him as 10/10 ++

Outstanding service from Roy. Needed a van desperately and he sorted one for me in less than an hour! Far cheaper than other renting companies nearby.

Rented a Volkswagen California Ocean for a weekend away as a family of 3, lovely camper van and the staff were lovely to deal with, very informative!

My experience to rent a Multi-van from Breeze Campers & VWFS Rent - a - Car Poole branch was a great choice.
This particular branch was most excellent to my family and I.
The rental executive who showcased the car ,Roy Senkali, was knowledgeable and friendly teaching me how to use the car during the test drive it’s automatic vehicle and it’s very modern features. He also kindly offered to drop me off at home which I was extremely grateful for as it was raining. Further more I am wishing him all the best to keep up the good work. Not to mention the car was amazing as well, being a new model which was made and plate # in 2025 it was optimal for my family’s use and we truly enjoyed using it. Now we are looking forward to the next’s adventure.
Many thanks.

Roy made the whole experience very pleasurable friendly great personality and professional
