This was my 1st time using VWFS Rent a Car and from ease of online booking to the service on collection I am a very satisfied customer. This was my first rental in several years. Debbie, the rental agent, was patient and took her time to explain the process to me. The quote was also favourable in comparison to one I got elsewhere. The car was in excellent condition and my overall experience was very good. I would use the service again.

The vehicle was OK, exactly as expected.

What wasn't expected was the sudden request for £500 deposit up front for damages even though I'd paid extra for CDW (and this wasn't obvious before I arrived to collect the vehicle), the wrong DOB against driver details, the mileage out was higher than returned and the fuel level was lower than indicated, not to mention the half eaten bag of crisps in the glove box. All in all a rushed rental maybe and vehicles/drivers mixed up?

From initial phone call to return, everything was very professional and friendly. Debbie has great customer service skills and explained everything clearly and in detail.
I needed a 7 seater for a family holiday and the Skoda Kodiaq I rented was perfect. It was presented in perfectly clean condition and performed flawlessly.
I would thoroughly recommend using VWFS Rent-a-Car Marshall Milton Keynes before you try all the usual suspects. I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed with any aspects, including prices, which are exceptional.

Excellent service. Easy to use website, generous upgrade because the car we wanted was unavailable, fuss free collection and drop off. Will most certainly be using again.
