VWFS Rent-a-Car - Kettering Anmeldelser

Very good value. Staff are very professional. Car was spotlessly prepared & the whole process was very easy.

Excellent experience, easy pick up and drop off, great customer service and van was lovely to drive!

I hope I don’t require the service again, but in the event, I’d 100% use again. The new Golf drove superbly. 5* Excellent.

Great service, very friendly good price.

Been using Kettering VW car hire for well over three years. Always a great service, always flexible, always efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful without exception. Cars are always clean and maintained well, never experienced any mechanical problem but I have no doubt that it would be dealt with satisfactory should it occur. I stopped looking at alternative local car hire companies a long time ago. Thank you VW!

Tomas! Very efficient, very friendly

Also very easy to book and return the car.

Very good company and customer service would recommend to anyone and will be using the service again

Great staff. New cars. Swift check in and out.

Vehicles (vans) always in good clean condition. Staff are very professional and courteous. Have referred a few friends to them and they've all come back with positive feedback.

I used VW Parkway Kettering twice this month and what a pleasure. Fantastic service and such professional and friendly staff. Would recommend them to anyone . Thank you so much Parkway

This is the second time I have used this company to rent a car for a week at a time. I got quotes from several local car hire companies and these came out top both times on price, as well as mileage allowance. I saved over £100 for a week’s rental and even when I exceeded the mileage allowance, they were very accommodating. Thank you VWFS

Excellent service and a good daily rate. Car excellent condition.

Excellent service , Tom & Elizabeth were fantastic 👍🏻

Smooth process, great car and friendly professional staff

Have used VW Rent a Car Kettering when in the UK and once again was not disappointed with their service.
The booking of a car was easy, and good value, confirmed quickly, picking up the car was simple, bit of paperwork, car was clean and just what I wanted.
Returned car, quick check round, easy.
So once again pleased with the professional and polite service VW Rent a Car Kettering gives one
Highly recommended

Perfect service. Great car, clean and in top condition. At the rental office Thomas offers 5 star customer service.

the service was quite quick and the resource person exlained to me how to reduce my cover in case of any accident which i never knew.

Absolutely fabulous van to drive was everything we needed. Thanks to all the team at VWFS Rentals.

Great service from Nick and his team. Very helpful and friendly guys to hire vans and cars from.

Friendly staff and easy pick up / hand back process. Vehicle wasn’t very clean so had to sanitise and vacuum before our journey.

Bit disappointed with the ‘add on’ insurances, i.e windscreen protection which is standard with majority of policies.
