Very easy to book online, followed up with a phone call from Clare confirming our booking. The Karoq we hired was fantastic, really impressed with the 1.5 TSi, amazing on fuel.... Actually considering buying one to replace our XC90. Thanks for the great service, will definitely be using you guys again

Great service from Clare, managed to upgrade to a larger car as a repeat customer with no problems. Car was great, didn't want to hand it back.

Hired a Skoda Kodiaq from Claire for 4 days. Amazing price and the car was spotless. Claire is great and friendly. Can't recommend enough if you need a car give her a ring!!

My whole experience was positive. I had requested a manual gearbox so was a little put out when I was contacted a few weeks before with an upgrade to an automatic but I needn't have worried; the car was perfect. Also, the help and advice from Claire at the office was first rate. I would definitely return if I needed another car rental.

I've had a wonderful experience hiring a vehicle from pullman Cramlington. To be honest I have been wanting to for ages, I finally got round to it recently. Excellent customer service, made me feel really welcome, warm friendly smile from Claire who answered all of my questions I had explaining everythingI needed to know, leaving no gaps of silence, engaged with me throughout my time whilst I was waiting to get checked in, making it a seamless process before being handed the keys to the vehicle I had chosen. I knew had made the right choice coming to Skoda Cramlington, without doubt I will be back again.

The best rental service Ive ever recieved. I hired a car for 2 weeks from Cramlington,the staff are so helpfull, the prices very competative and the car was perfect. I will use no other car rental company from now on when Im in N.E , well done you put the others to shame!

We required a rental car at short notice. Skoda Cramlington delivered, when no one else in the area could do so (or even bother to reply to us).
Claire was most efficient and helpful during the rental process, as was the other lady(who’s name now escapes me) who helped me with my travel arrangements once I returned the vehicle.
KAROQ was an excellent rental car, I enjoyed piloting it on our travels.

Very friendly service. Car was ready on time and the beauty of rent-a-car is that you know exactly what you're going to get, none of this Astra or similar. I needed a big car for the weekend and could relax knowing that I was definitely getting a Skoda Kodiaq so made it stress free.
