This is the second long term hire I have arranged via Bristol VW

Complete Mickey Mouse outfit. Received a phone call in the morning buy a company representative a little weasel named John. I Was asked if I could return the car 2 days early due to a customer requesting to hire the standers golf that we had hired. Now what customer would request a particular vehicle? What kind of company would ask such an odd request. I was persuaded buy the little weasel to swop saying he had another car there for me and would give a nice discount and the other golf he said we could swop it for us. Being a bit tight with money I agreed to this to save a few pennies. Went in to excellent cars to be told I could not hire another car due to the police having me and the car under surveillance. A bit strange for 2 reasons 1 I’m a 52 years old family man who has no part in criminal activities and would sooner be fishing than running around selling drugs, robbing banks or any other unsavoury topics
2 why would the police call up a lying little weasel at a car rental place to tell him this, I’m not a detective but I’m sure the police don’t ring up company’s and tell them this information. My step daughter was with me who is now in a state of panic, thinking I’m public enemy no1. I found the affair completely embarrassing. I was told I’d get a refund, nothing yet tho. Nice work
Weasel, quality customer skills shown there, thank for embarrassing me in front of my family.

Very easy, professional and straightforward

Hired a 2023 VW Tiguan for a month while we looked for another car. John was very clear about the costs and for a small fee the car was driven over to us from Brislington (and collected at the end of the hire). Would definitely recommend to anyone

A fantastic service from start to finish in VW Bristol and highly recommend, this is the best way to hire a car, so easy do, had the car for eight days brand new VW T Cross Automatic which I wanted and got and so reasonable, and when you collect the vehicle, all paperwork is all ready for you and your good to go and I’m most definitely be going back to do this again, please go and try yourselves it’s the best and you won’t regret it👍

The car was awesome from start to finish. The value for money amazing from comparable companies offering lesser cars. I was driving a VW TIGUAN. A beast of a car with smooth driving and maneuverability. My work takes me over Dartmoor and the Tiguan ate it up . A fantastic car with fantastic service.
