I ordered colour changing makeup on 12/18/2024. Next contact January 15, 2025, saying my order was delivered. It was not delivered. I have written 3 emails that have not been answered. I believe there is no product. Total scam. do not buy from this company.

It was easy to order online, now when I receive my rust remover, I hope it does the job it says it will do.

I cannot stress enough how disappointing and infuriating my experience with VRSGS has been. This site epitomizes everything wrong with online retail in its lack of transparency, deceptive practices, and complete disregard for customer protection.

3. Lack of Customer Support:
Trying to contact their customer service is an exercise in futility. There’s no way to get help with an order, request a refund, or even lodge a complaint. Emails go unanswered, and they have no other contact options.

4. No Product Review Capability on Their Platform:
It’s telling that VRSGS doesn’t allow product reviews on their site. They seem to know how dissatisfied customers would be and actively prevent transparency. This lack of accountability is a major red flag.

5. Non-Transparency in Operations:
VRSGS operates like a shadowy entity with no clear information on who runs the site or where it is based. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to hold them accountable or trust them.

I ordered a 'lighted drawing board' from an ad on Youtube. The ad showed a sketch board about the size of a legal pad and special markers that glowed when you drew on the board. What I recieved, after weeks of waiting, was a piece of pastic 5 1/2 inches square and several Dollar Store markers. This is a drop shipping company selling 50c items from China at a 4,000% mark-up. Thieves.

Worthless. Not anything like thier ad on Facebook. Beware.

Tracking number said delivered, it wasn't. Contacted Post Office, they said it was sent without postage and if I wanted it, I needed to pay $9 and change in postage. This "company does not respond to email, phone number is disconnected. DON'T DO IT!!!

I purchased an LED drawing tablet for my daughter four days ago in hopes of receiving it in time for Christmas. Received a confirmation email almost immediately, but my confirmation didn't include any tracking information. After two days without a follow up email updating me on the status of my order, I reached out to the customer service email address on the initial order but have yet to receive a reply two days later. Definitely feeling scammed. Would absolutely encourage others NOT to waste their time and money on these frauds.

I ordered dec 6. Took my money no problem. No product and no tracking also no one responding to my emails. I would never use this company period.

So happy I got it today. Just in time for Christmas! Bought it for my mom (and kept 2 for myself). Can’t wait to try it. SPF plus foundation is a dream.

Ordered 3 weeks ago haven't heard a word, can't get a reply from messages

I ordered the LED lightboard on Dec. 4. On Dec. 5 I checked my order status. It showed that it was delivered 9 days before I placed my order and was delivered to Australia (I'm in Indiana). I tried emailing them. No response. I tried calling their customer service number. It doesn't ring, it just immediately comes back showing "Busy". I have been trying it all hours for two days. Same thing.

I ordered the foundation color change. Once I ordered it, I made an account with the website and kept up with the tracking. I ordered it November 16th and received the order on December 2nd. I did not realize I had ordered 3 bottles, but it’s ok. The product is decent. I did not get an email confirmation like most companies, but I did receive what i ordered!

Sent email regarding return for 2024 calandar which is only good for a month never received reply

I ordered an LED Drawing Board for my granddaughter. On November 19th I received an email from vrsgs that stated the board had been delivered. I haven't received it. I've emailed them more than once, but all I get is an autoreply stating the number of days it takes for delivery. Still don't have the board as of 11/28.

I ordered a mirror camera. It's been a week. I have not received it. I haven't heard anything through my email or anything. They just took my money. So where is my product at? My name is Christopher Randall, waiting on my product.

I am laughing so hard I can't hardly write this. I ordered two Laptop Stands and the picture looked like a pretty nice gadget. I got them quickly and when I got the package (btw it looked like a child wrapped it) the two items were toys. You can barely fit two iPhones side by side on it. I have yet to see a miniature Laptop computer made for this. I still gave it a 3 star because I will use it as a conversational piece.

I emailed them to see if they take returns, and got no reply.
On the billing invoice, they don't even want to show their name! That should tell us a lot about the company.
