VP Smart Removals Anmeldelser

Ivo, Simeon and Nikolay are a mega team! Loaded up, assembled and disassembled everything in seconds. Non-stop, quick and proficient. Great service. Highly recommend!

Good service. The team arrived on time and moved our flat with care.

Fantastic experience. Communication excellent, price excellent... They did exactly what they said they'd do and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Thank you. And I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We opted for 2 days removing service of 2 bedroom fully furnished flat. The service provided was superb! Nicolay's team came in early in the morning, carefully packed all the items, including very fragile once. Nothing was damaged or broken in the process, everything was handled with great care! They even managed to disassemble and put back together our large wardrobe, which barely fit into the new flat. On the second day, we had 2 teams working for over 12 hours straight. They worked quick, communicated well and really put effort to make our move as smooth as possible. For both days, they managed to find parking spots at both addresses, even though I could not provide them with the official parking spaces. Highly recommend!

Quick and very efficient service! Office were very responsive and on the day everything went smooth. Team was on time and very friendly. Definetly worth the money. Highly recommend them!

Thanks to the office and the team my move went really easy. I had great communication with the office confirming all the details and the team made the job look so easy on the day of the move. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you VP Smart Removals!

Thank you VP Smart removals. Fantastic communication throughout the process and moving team on the day were great - everything went to plan.

The easiest move I've ever done!

Would highly recommend. Really lovely people and they took all the pressure off on the move in day.

I am impressed how the VP Team Jeffery and Joseh were on time at our flat. Furthermore, the team took good care of our delicate items. Overall, the experience with the company and the team was very positive. Will definitely use the company again.

I hired VP Smart to move from a 2 bed flat to another one. They arrived on time, were super professional, friendly, and handled everything with care. I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely book with them again for a future move.

Moved house with VP Smart last Tuesday and the whole process from start to finish was excellent! Ana was super responsive on the phone and was able to answer all of our queries, and then on the day Emil and Nikolai arrived 10 mins early and were total professionals. They totally understood the stress of moving, were very considerate with our things and our cat and were very personable. Couldn't recommend VP Smart Removals any more.

Great service. Both the office and team on the day were patient and friendly. Job was finished quicker than expected. Will definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish. Experienced, personable and conscientious team led by Nikolai and Emil, taking great care with moving our belongings safely and without damage into our new home. Competitive pricing. Great labelling too, which helped with the unpacking. Thank you team!

Very helpful gentlemen who were not fazed by having to go to two different addresses across London to pick up numerous boxes and pieces of furniture to deliver to my son in Ealing. Paying by an hourly rate we were not stressed when it took longer than expected, due to London traffic. And that hourly rate was MORE THAN fair! I would thoroughly recommend.

Helpful, responsive, professional and thorough. We were extremely impressed by VP Smart who moved us from a full 4-bed house to our new house nearby.
The packing team and the moving team worked really hard and communicated well throughout. Moving is stressful but the team were confident they would move everything in time (including a piano and precious china) and they did. We have no hesitation in recommending VP Smart.

Very professional. We are very grateful we found them. Brilliant service

Moved from a 2 bed to a 3 bed house with all packing included in 1 day. Faultless service from receiving a quote to the end of the move day. The 3 men worked tirelessly all day, and with a sense of humour. They also thought outside the box (so to speak) when the bed wouldn’t fit up the stairs! Highly recommend.

Very professional. The 2 guys who helped us were very carefully and super fast. They knew exactly what they were doing

We recently moved from London to Wales and VP Smart Removals carried out the 3-day, long distance move for us.
Their charges were very reasonable and their service was excellent from start to finish.
We found the company very easy to work with and the whole process was straightforward.
Everyone we engaged with in the company was professional and reassuring when we had worries.
They treated all our belongings with respect.
Gabriella answered all my questions patiently and was not phased at all when we had to keep changing the move date. "Please, keep us updated and everything will be fine."
We were especially impressed that they did not expect to charge for "waiting hours" but were content to work around potential delays from the estate agents and solicitors.
The team, led by Nas, who actually carried out the move, were punctual, incredibly hard-working and always cheerful, even when they were obviously tired at the end of a long day.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
