Fantastic experience with VP Smart Removal! The guys were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them!

VP Smart Removals were amazing. They packed up the house incredibly carefully, and moved my entire home and life within a day. They were amazing, kind, courteous and efficient. This is my second move with them, and I intend to use them for every move I do (although I'm not moving again for a while!). They're great, thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you VP Smart Removals!

From the moment I was contacted till the last screw was placed back into my wardrobe I was amazed.
Anna was so kind and thoughtful, talking to her was like I had known her for years so helpful and clear and compassionate. Moving is a very very stressful time but she ensured I was comfortable and kept informed about how the day could could play out and what to expect.

The team Jeffrey,Anthony and imel turned up greeted me and got straight to wrk l. Very professional had an effective way of loading the van . Ensuring that None !!!! Of my belongings were damaged treated with the most care !!!! Took time ensure that everything was put but just how it was removed Jeffery even improved the wardrobe doors.

I could honestly sing there praises to anyone that wants to hear !!!! Not focused on the money more about supporting stressed humans during a stressful time humanity's greatest company .

A very obliging company that willingly fitted with our particular needs. Their quote was competitive but what really clinched it for us was their willingness to fit in with our timeline.
The guys arrived promptly and worked very hard from beginning to end. They were courteous and helpful and took great care of our belongings. They were able to part load the van on day one and finished before midday on moving day. At the other end they moved us in quickly and took great care of the property even laying plastic runners on the stair carpets. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

The company is gd but their worker Plament is a cheat. He made a separate deal w me to move some items , took a deposit and never showed up. Please beware of Plamen

Five Star ⭐ Service thank you very much for your help to move my house to my new home!

VP smart removals had been recommended by a friend. I found the whole quotation experience very easy and communication was excellent. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. The packers arrived slightly early. 3 men set about the work and did the job efficiently and were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.
The second day the removals team arrived on time. 4 men working very efficiently nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Would highly recommend

Jimmy,Plamen and Jeffrey make my packing today. I’m very satisfied very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others !

The team, Jimmy, Plamen and Israel is a very hard worker and professional removal servicemen. My job was lots of extra than I thought which made them longer and harder work, but they are very positive and professional attitude from start to the end. If you are looking for a removal service with competitive prices, this is the company. Highly recommend!

Jimmy and Emo were fantastic - they packed everything up so quickly, transported and then unloaded at the other end! Ana in the office was also super helpful and responsive. Everyone is very friendly and would certainly use again and recommend to others.

I had a great experience moving my professional equipment with VP Smart Removals.
All the processes was well explained step by step from the office lady Ana. Then, on the day, the team made everything exactly how I wanted, even with a sense of humour. Stress free and punctul service.

We recently moved into our first home and contacting VP smart removals was one of the best things I did.
From the first phone call it was extremely easy and painless. I had a quote within minutes that was very reasonable.
On move in day Jimmy and his colleague were extremely efficient, while moving all our items with care. Even when the team had to deal with parking issues they did not complain a single time.
Would definitely recommend!

Great experience. The moving was withoit stress. Ivo and the team were great, kind and experienced. They took extra care of our belonging and, they were very friendly and satisfied all our requests. The moving was quick, the guys did not rest one second. I recommend VP Smart Removal for a stress free and excellent move.

Super efficient and quick, both loading and unloading all furniture. All done well within the booked time slot despite traffic and other unpredictable external factors, while also taking good care of each piece of furniture. Great service all around.

Used VP Smart again and everything was great as always! Ana was very helpful and organised everything perfectly for me as I was operating on a tight schedule, and both the removal guys were also great! Big thanks to VP.

We had our house packed and moved by VP Smart Removals and they were excellent. Every one of the crew were polite, careful and efficient. The office staff were exceptionally patient as I regularly changed dates as our various house moves fell through. We have unpacked about 80% of our belongings and so far not 1 glass has been broken.

Dangerous people, Go elsewhere and get a fixed quote. These characters worked so slow that i paid double in excess hours.Over £1000 for a 5 mile trip on a 2 bed flat. When i disputed, i was abused and had to call the Police. Go to a decent firm and get a fixed price.

The process prior to the moving day was straightforward and instructive. On the day, the movers were lovely and efficient, and despite encountering difficulties - the lift at the destination address wasn't working - they continued on and remained friendly and positive throughout. Very impressed with everyone involved, and with the level of transparency on pricing.

Great company, highly recommend!
