Great Support
Great customer service! I decided to change programs after putting a deposit down on my first choice, and the assistance I received from Laura was fantastic. She responded quickly to my questions, the information I received was helpful, and most of all, my funds were returned quickly. Can't wait for my new trip!

Laura was very welcoming
Laura was very welcoming, she answered my questions, and offered to send me additional information on some of the areas that she couldn’t provide immediate answers on.
The tele interview/chat was conducted no earlier or later than the appointed time and communication had been maintained from the time I expressed interest .

Helpful and easy
All information was easy to find, and when I had questions about anything regarding my application, it was easy to get in contact with helpful people. Their answers were quick and managed to solve all problems and questions I had.

When i paid the deposit i didn’t immediately get a confirmation which was stressing me out a bit, so i contacted them via whatsapp and they responded very fast on how to fix it! When i have questions they answer it fully and reassure me when i have worries. I have had a great experience so far!
