Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had an issue with my hair dryer which stopped working. Contacted Voduz who replied very fast, sent me a free returns label and have issued me a replacement all within 2 weeks of contacting them. Fantastic service

Very fast response and resolved my issues immediately

Awful products. Left my daughters hair dry and damaged after a couple of uses. I tried it and it left my scalp itchy and my hair very greasy. My daughter and I have very different hair types to one another.

Don't buy it, there are better and cheaper products available to buy.

Katie was fantastic, dealt with my query so quickly and professionally! could not fault the voduz customer service team and could not fault the products!

Did not recieve worst customer service still no refund!

Ordered 17th of May due be delivered 21st of May. Contacted Voduz to advise it was delivered to a wrong address. Showed them the pic of the incorrect address with and pic of my address that states my address on the house. Despite this no response 3 emails. Contacted via social email then responded. Told me they would speak to DPD. It took 16 emails. I also contacted PayPal all of a sudden I am getting a refund. They have heard from DPD. They was no accountability. The lack of professionalism was awful by Katie in particular. I would avoid using if you have any issues. They will delay as long as possible. It would put me off ever buying again. If there was a minus stars. I would have given it. Not at all helpful.

My hair dryer blew up on me while using it. I contacted customer service and sent the product back to test and even though the hair dryer was couple years old they are replacing it for me . They make it so easy to contact and nothing is a problem. Well done Voduz on your customer

Disappointed with Quality – Not Worth the Price

I purchased products from Voduz and was extremely disappointed. The items I received were of noticeably poor quality and did not live up to the marketing or imagery shown online. In my opinion, they are heavily filtered and styled in a way that is misleading to customers.

Given the high price point, I expected far better. What I received felt like overpriced, low-quality goods that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s frustrating to spend good money and feel misled by advertising that doesn’t reflect reality.

I would strongly urge others to research thoroughly before buying. I’ve reached out to their customer service, but the experience hasn’t been positive. I hope this review helps others make a more uniformed decision

Excellent service fast delivery needed a few bits for going away ordered Sunday had them Tuesday

First of all customer service was fantastic I ordered the 6th birthday offer. One piece was missing but I received it quite swiftly after contacting customer services and dealt with Katie. This is my first time using these products and let’s just say they didn’t disappoint me.

I started buying these products off tik tok and I absolutely love them, I started with heat defence and then moved to shampoo and conditioner and slowly been trying another each month, I had a mispick on my order and I contacted voduz and a lovely lady called Katie replied to my e mail and all was sorted, so not only lovely products but great customer care by Katie

Avoid this con of a company. Received the perrie Sian hair tool which I was excited to try , opened the box after a lot of hassle managed to get it to go on after two minutes it was off and wouldn’t go back on so I contacted the company to let them know this was faulty and for the short time it was on it didn’t work done nothing as they advertise . Back and forth I got a return label sent which I have had to continually chase up for an update on my refund , today I get a reply saying they have checked it and it’s not faulty so they’re returning the £170 item back to me as it’s been used , seriously how would I know if it didn’t work if it hap not been opened and used an absolute joke of a company and customer service avoid at all costs . Charging a fortune for items that have zero results and the one I had kept power for 2 minutes before cutting off and not going back on . Again I messaged them instantly to tell them so the poor excuse it’s been used it’s a disgrace.

Hairdryer had a fault, emailed and sent back the hairdryer. Have been sent out a new hairdryer, was a quick and easy process

Love voduz products have bought alot of items .In my order there was an item incorrect i reached out to customer service they helped me quickly and efficiently very happy with the service I received.

Great company. Daughter got the hairbrush for Christmas and it broke on her. I emailed the team and they got back to me very quick and issued her a new one. Great customer service.

I find their false advertising with one of the people selling a product with lots of extensions so not all real hair and filtering so much on face, body and hair - why would you??? Trust a big word with companies. I will stick to Kerastase.

I love the voduz products and I’m a returning customer, the service is always top class and products arrive very quickly.
I ordered one of the gift sets last week unfortunately it arrived without one of the products. Customer service were quick to respond and are sending out a replacement.
I’ll definitely be buying again
