If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been without internet for the last two weeks, and despite multiple calls, nothing has been resolved. Every time I contact customer service, I’m told the same thing: “We will update you.” But no update ever comes, and no real action is taken.
Today was the worst experience yet. I was on the phone for 51 minutes, and the advisor still couldn’t find or solve the issue. She couldn’t even complete basic troubleshooting for my number. After nearly an hour on the call, I was left exactly where I started — with no solution and no internet.
The most frustrating part? I have three SIMs and mobile contracts with them and pay over £180 per month. For a customer paying that much, the level of service is shocking. There has been zero compensation, zero urgency, and zero accountability.
Two weeks without internet is unacceptable. Keeping customers on long calls without resolving anything is unacceptable. Promising updates and never delivering is unacceptable.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I expected far better service for the amount I pay.
Avoid if you value your time and money.

From what you've described, it’s clear that you haven’t received the level of support or urgency you should expect. Long call waits, repeated troubleshooting with no resolution, and a lack of updates are absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and I sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Two weeks without any internet service is unacceptable, and I appreciate how much this has impacted you—especially with multiple SIMs and contracts registered under your account. You deserve timely communication, meaningful action, and proper accountability from our side.
