Staff were very helpful with helping me check my contracts, the shop was clean and staff were really friendly and professional I was served by Conor who made sure I understood everything

Amazing customer service
I am ND, and have sensory processing issues ~ for this reason I can find choosing new phones/deals/upgrades overwhelming and stressful. So I decided to visit in store to speak with someone in person, and I'm glad that i did.
Marnie assisted me and she was amazing. So helpful and kind, she went through all of the different options with me and even found better deals for my existing broadband and my sons sim. What a lovely lady, she went above and beyond 🌟

He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me pick out the right contact for me with the phone I wanted.
After being messed around with 02 for many years, spending literally hours on phone calls which got me no where! Mark sorted my contact phone out super quick and super easy!
Also had Conversations with a girl that works there (can’t remember her name) but she was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend!!!

Lewis was particularly helpful and friendly. He dealt with all my queries professionally and put my at ease. He supported me cancelling my old contract with O2, and waited patiently. He then talked me through setting up my new phone.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
I arranged to collect my new handset from the Hastings store. On arrival all assistants were engaged with other customers, but they made the time to welcome me and informed me of the wait, which wasn't more than 5 minutes.
The young man who served me was really friendly and chatty. He informed me of all my upgrade dates coming up and advised me on a few options on some that were arriving soon.
During my visit a saw a young woman help several older customers with devices they already owned and assist them with the technical issues they were having. All staff were approachable, friendly and incredibly helpful.
I would highly recommend.
