Absolutely disgusting.
The worst policy ever
Moved to another place ,the company doesn't have service in the area and this clueless unprofessional people took advantage of the situation and asked for approximately 400 lv for service cancelation.
It's not my fault you don't have a service in that particular building. You don't buy property considering internet provider right?!
What a shame.

The worst service I have ever seen before!
They provided the virtual card >> and after 3rd transfer to my card they block all acc and ignoring me right now with no answer!! They just bustards that grabed 2000 euro!!!!!

Never, Ever subject yourself to this shi**tty service. Their "helplines" are always switched off, they have not yet heard of "customer service" so when your internet is down and you have a work meeting in 10 minutes you better have hotspot and mobile network, I am talking from experience and " my provider cut my internet" works only a few times. The true meaning of the word "Scum" is one Vivacom. Their 100mbps internet that they claim is half at best and guess what, you cannot call and ask why, because there is no actual phone of theirs that works. When you ask in person, they say you need to contact this phone, when you call this phone in front of a representative and nobody picks up, they say, "you need to wait until they fix the lines "and you are in this circle of bad service and corporate ignorance.

This company vialtes eu consumer protection laws all day every day, how has it not been shut down.
Worse customer service than a gulag.

I have no internet and television connection to my address, so I called vivacom. They were extremely rude and told me I need to wait without internet and television for over 2 days before anyone even comes to the address to check what the issue might be. Extremely incompetent. In addition, when they were installing the internet at my home they made damage to the walls

I use internet services of net1 since 2013 and I didn't had any problems until now when few months ago vivacom bought the company. Now every month my internet stops some times few times a month. And I am working from home office and I can not work because of them. Today all day I don't have internet and I can't work. When I called them they told me you will have internet after 2 hours which would be at 15.30. I called them again by 15.50 and they told me the issue is still not solved and you will have internet around 18.00 now is 19.23 and I don't have internet and they don't answer my call. If you need internet without losing connection just choose other provider.

Absolute scammers. Firstly, they gave my foreigner friend that came for a visit, 3gb internet sim card, which somehow got used up in 1 day browsing the internet and checking emails. Then when I personally decided to end the contract with them, and payed what they said I owed them, they call me 50 days later claiming I owe them money that I don't, and threaten to sue on top of that. Stay Away From These Scammers.

With the Mobix Internet solution I have been customer 2 1/2 year. Can only regret I signed a second contract with this company. With this Internet problems constantly. The connection unplug several times each hour.
Vivacom seems very eager sell you more products and as a foreigner it can be little confusing what is ment by the offers. In this contract I am billed for extra paid channels never asked for. Channels I never use. As their service mostly concern specific operative problems. So to say, impossible change anything else of what in need of. My star given because, by all means. I got Internet working *most of time*. Nothing here appeal to sign further contracts.

They want money from you that you do not owe them and if you don't pay them, they call lawyers to sue you, but the only one that needs to be sued are them. Total scumbags and jerks!

Рано сутринта в Понеделник поръчах онлайн 2-годишен договор "Unlimited-50". Още на следващия ден — Вторник, в 17:34 — куриери Еконт взимат SIM+договора, и ми ги доставят на 500 км (в хотел до плаж Кабакум) само след 20 часа — в Сряда, 13:30. Подписвам, и куриера хуква на обратно. Около 16 часа по-късно, SIM картата е активирана, и Vivacom има нов клиент в мое лице.

Веднага се почват тестове:
1. Постоянна LTE+ (4G+) връзка, въпреки че сигнала е малко по-слаб от този на конкуренцията, която пуска 4G+ само при активен, масивен трансфер;
2. Отлични скорости от порядъка на 40~50 Mbts (20~30Mbts в натоварените часове);
3. Отличен, и бързо отговарящ support;
4. И за бонус: 2-годишен достъп до музикалната платформа TIDAL, включен в "Unlimited-50".

Много съм доволен!

Тъй като това е първото позитивно ревю, за да не си помисли някой че съм платен трол на БТК, ще спомена следното:

Така и не успях да убедя Vivacom, че маркетинговия им отдел допуска наивна (и малко смехотворна) грешка, рекламирайки количеството данни, използвани в роуминг в Европейския Съюз като "UNLIMITED". Данните включени в "Unlimited-50" са ограничени до 10 гигабайта. Над 10 гигабайта се плащат.

Подчертавам, че рекламата им НЕ Е подвеждаща, защото ясно са написали че количеството (БЕЗПЛАТНИ) данни е ограничено до 10 гигабайта. Обаче на предишния ред казват че данните в Европа са НЕОГРАНИЧЕНИ, а това изглежда наивно до степен смехотворност: "Неограничените данни са ограничени до 10 гигабайта..." :-D

Както и да е, 10 гигабайта месечно са предостатъчно за емейл, за чат, че даже и за малко навигация с Google Maps.

В случая коня е телекома Vodafone, с неговия наистина UNLIMITED план "RED Unlimited", който ясно и дефинитивно казва в рекламата си: "Our unlimited data means unlimited. There’s no fair usage policy or caps on your data." Туйто.

Но и така съм много доволен от нашата родна жабка. Чудесно покритие, чудесна скорост, чудесен support.

Виваком не прави отстъпка на клиентите си във връзка с Ковида които са закъсняло с идването им от чужбина и начислява неустойк по509 лева и не са приели плащането от моите съседи и са им казали че неможещи да платят.трябвало да бъде лично което не е вярно след като говорих с тяхния офис.Това е срамно и недостойно за един служител на поставената длъжност.Той/тя направиха така Виваком да загуби един постоянен клиент. I work in IT and working remotely means I have to use VPNs and other security measures to grant me access to my company's systems.

However, none of this is possible with Vivacom. Their Internet drops out faster than a prostitute's knickers in an alleyway.

Have important meetings on Zoom or Teams?? Nope, forget it with Vivacom.
Have important deadlines to submit work?? Not happening again.

I would rather use smoke signals than go back to Vivacom's Internet service.

Degenerate company ran by baboons in safety helmets. You will never get your max speed and should atleast hope to get 1/2 of it. No customer support, trash mobile data, trash wifi. Dont enter their office they will try to scam you into making a 2 year contract just so u can lay in agony watching the 50mbps you paid for actually be 0.50 for the remainder ot the 2 years.

When signing a moving of address for internet they made me sign a contract for another 24 months of mobile phone. This in Bulgarian which I did not understand and I asked them if this is just for internet and they said yes.
They tried to collect 280 euro extra because of roaming within the EU!
Illegal practise.

They made me pay for over a year double optic internet and it took me lots of time to get this refunded.
So Avoid them, A1 now is much better!

I am the owner and manager of HHB Travel in Bulgaria established in Bulgaria since 2004 . AVOID VIVACOM at all costs . I will not bore you all with the reasons only to say they cheat, lie and have the worst account managers you can ever imagine.

Хора никога не си купувайте от тези нищо. Преди 4 дена закупихме интернет устройство alcatel wireless router, от магазина на Граф Игнатиев. Устройството става толкова горещо, че неможе да го пипнете, през час забива, всичките му индикатори светят като забие, когато го махнеш от зарядното след 20 мин батерия няма. Толкова е опасно когато едно устойство загравява така, може да гръмне и ако не сте в дома си да стане пожар. След като отидох до магазина на Графа, и обясних проблема, продавачите на смяна Илия Павлов и колежката му с видимо неадекватен поглед, ми казаха, че не ги интересува и че няма как да реагират. След коеето Илия Павлов ме изхвърли от магазина, взимайки плика с договора който е подписан преди 4 дена и метна плика пред магазина. След него колежката му взе устройтовто и го мента на вън. Това се случва в центъра на София, на улица Граф Игнатиев. Всичкото това е на заснето на камерите в Магазина между 10 :30 - 11:00 на 09.14.2020. Ще разкажа и ще обясна на всяко място вие какви сте мушеници и как се държите с хората на които продавате дефектни устройства. Добре че не сме 2000 година, и ние инфлуенсарите имаме власт над такива мушеници. ще разкажа на целия свят вие какви сте и какви агресивни хората работят в магазините ви. Няма извинявай, съжаляваме, няма смяна няма нищо,А парите да ми взимате може. Не сме в мутренските годни когато вие се мислехте за монопол. Сега сме в капитализъм. Мога да ви съдя заради това че не ми заменихте опасно усстройство, а за записа на който се вижа как проявявате агресия и ме изхврълихте от магазина и служителите ви взимат плика с договора и усйтроството и го хвърлят пред магазина. Bad service. Their website CONSTANTLY bugs out. Not to mention their "deals" on their new devices that come with an eventual "new" (old, but more expensive) contract. You're better off getting the device from a local store!
