Well it looks like you guys had bad experience but in my case wasn't bad al the time. I won with them many times and withdrawal fast. Few days ago I had a nice wining from a single spin just one and won 200£ was coming in hands. Couldn't believe also sometimes you won't get anything after deposit but it a gambling and we need to know when to stop . We have days and days so not possible just wining all the time. Deeply unfair and broken loyalty rewards system - completely undervalued.
I am a daily, high-volume player on Virgin Bet, but the automated loyalty rewards system on this platform is completely broken. Despite maintaining a very high volume of play and significant deposit turnover this year, my end-of-month reward was an insulting two spins.
What makes this worse is the blatant inconsistency. A member of my household plays the exact same games with a much lower volume and lower net losses, yet their account consistently receives significantly better bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty perks.
It feels entirely unfair that a more active customer is treated with such disregard by an automated algorithm. I have raised this issue because it makes me feel completely undervalued as a customer. I took out the new customer offer but can't wait to use it up and cancel. I decided to withdraw some winnings hours ago and haven't received the money yet. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Appalling level of customer service. No idea as to how they retain customers by treating people like this. I made a deposit of just £190 yesterday after they had emailed me, encouraging me to make a deposit, tempting me with a free £20 bet if I deposited. Following the deposit, no free bet appeared. Went on live chat, the lady said that I had a block on the account, without giving a reason as to why, and that I would need to wait up to one working day for compliance to email me in order to get my deposits back up and running (I had no idea that my ability to deposit was in jeopardy but okay) . Compliance emailed me today to inform me that they have closed my account, and gave me no reason for this decision. I had lost over £90 with them since opening the account 8 days ago. All very peculiar.
