Banners wear good qulity but delivery was very pore, 2 time they faild to deliver and campany dose not take responsibility. I am not gon no use this campani in the futore Banner prining.

After my first order John contacted me to check everything was ok and if he could be of any further assistance. The quality of the banner we ordered was good and delivery fast. I have since ordered another banner that i needed quite fast. John came into his own and everything was processed within an hour, delivery is due in a few days.

Bought 3 banners - banners are fined. My daughter and I do craft markets. We are not a full time business and just wanted a pop of colour for our stalls. the banners are fine and just what we wanted but they don't stop pestering you. Despite being told numerous time I don't need any more banners and that if I did want to order more I would contact them they keep ringing. Numbers listed are not Liverpool or London and are answered by the same person so you cant even complain. No issue with the product but be aware you will get called repeatedly. They are so annoying.

Great service, quick and helpful, quality printed banner and printed exactly how provided. Would be 5 stars if a couple of the eyelets (out of 6) weren't as close to the edges, but would consider buying again. Jeff is great and helped with note, and Jack VB was great help with the original print and layout design

We order banners regularly, always without fault and delivered on time, great service.

Easy to order, I did a quick AI design and the company tweaked it for me and made sure I was happy before printing, very easy to make any changes, arrived promptly and the banner was good quality. Customer services were helpful and polite, followed up to find out if we were happy and offered their services in the future without being pushy.

Would happily use them again.

Absolute disgrace, save your money and go elsewhere. The quality is grainy and cheap and doesn't reflect the logo I have sent them. I also paid extra to have no creases and it was very creased and scrunched when I received it. I keep asking for a better quality print and their feedback is to stand further away from it, would they like me to squint also? Customer service were rude and basiclly keep telling me to iron it. Not sure how that will make grainy print and incorrect colouring any better. Banner is in the bin and money wasted.
