Vinylbannersprinting made sure that I received my order on time and checked in regularly to ensure that I was happy with the design and order. I was happy with the quality of my banner and the service they provided.

They pulled out the stops and provided my order ahead of time for a short notice project. Quality was excellent and they are always trying to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, their number comes up as spam which is disconcerting, but they have always served me well.

Item was printed wrong and they sent a replacement but then wouldn't believe that both items where wrong. I sent photos and ended up sending the items back at my own expense to be told I would only be partially refunded. I was never refunded and can't get them to refund me.

We were very pleased with the overall experience with the company. Jason (sales consultant) was very helpful to clarify our requirements and deal with queries. The finished banners were of high quality and exactly what we wanted to use as advertising banners for events that our Scouts District attends. Delivery was quick and timely.

This is the second time we have ordered event banners from this company. Daniel and John have been really helpful with advice on things like resizing the images and making sure the final banner would work for an odd-shaped space.

Pricing is good and being able to collect locally makes it even better.

I ordered a banner to advertise a Family Funday during Summer 2026. Banner was good quality and arrived quickly. This was my first time buying a banner and I appreciated the support and guidance to ensure it was fit for purpose. I believe the staff that helped me were Scott and Mark.

Great banner, timely delivery, lovely staff

The team, including David, Justin, Darren and especially Jack were very helpful in helping me decide what product would suit my needs best. I provided a basic artwork which Jack was happy to amend several times until it was exactly what I wanted. The quality of the banner and the service are excellent.

Ordered a banner using the klarna service they offered on their website, got told klarna isnt being accepted even though the payment went through, I needed the banner for my store opening and went ahead and transfered the payment via bank (so now I have paid twice) when I requested for the klarna payment to be cancelled from their side, I was told to send proof, of which I did, its dragged on for 3 weeks now and still no communication or refund in sight. Please be wary of this company, use at your own risk

It was a pleasure to order the roller posters at the Vinyl Banner Sprinting Co. Staff are very helpful with professional knowledge and good advice for the production. It's the first time to work with them and the experience is brilliant. We will refer the company to all my friends whoever may need such services in the future.

Banner was fine, however be aware this companies sales team will continue to pester you for further business afterwards. I have had them ring multiple times a day on occasions, despite telling them I have no intention of ordering again in the near future. They would have scored higher had I not had this after sales experience.

I've bought banners for our annual charity show from this excellent company for a few years now and they're always super helpful, super value and provide top quality banners. Recommended!

I have been using these for around 2 years I have never had a bad experience with them. the customer service is great and always email me every step of the way for me to confirm my order is exactly what I want. The delivery times are on time or early. The price is also reasonable not expensive atall the materias are really good quality aswell as the print. Overall I have a great experience would definitely recommend it will continue to use them in the future.

Went through WhatsApp as I needed speedy delivery. These guys were great, replied instantly and fulfilled my order very quickly and attentively. The banner turned out great and it arrived within 2 days. Not expensive either. Would definitely recommend.

My only gripe is that since ordering, I have been telephoned multiple times by employees, largely asking me the same questions and wanting more business from me.

The banner production was of very good quality and exactly as described. I was pleased with the overall quality and feel that it offered excellent value for the money I paid. I am satisfied with my purchase.
