Similar to what someone said, the wrong colour shade was dispatched (3 varying shades instead of 1 like the image). They were helpful at arranging for us to send back the shades however now won’t reply to my emails and haven’t sent out the replacement. I’ve emailed them 3 times

Poor communication and customer service.
This company supplied some cable, which was different from the colour advertised. They acknowledged their mistake and offered to arrange a return and a refund. Unfortunately, they never followed up on this promise. They also never answer the phone, or respond to emails.

Think twice when buying from unscrupulous and nameless shops
Always prioritize reading negative reviews before buying from unfamiliar sellers. It's worth paying a little extra for reliable service and timely delivery. For instance, I ordered an E27 light holder, but it hasn't even reached Royal Mail. There have been no updates, emails about delays, or estimated delivery times provided.

Faultless experience
Order 3 sets of lights, great price, beautiful lights, great quality and quickly dispatched. I then had a change of mind for the colour scheme in one room. I enquired about exchanging 2 set for a different colour. Customer service was excellent, quick, friendly and helpful. Was a seamless experience and I had the exchanged lights within a few days. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

My recent experience with Vintagelite customer service was excellent!! My item arrived damaged and they were very prompt in sorting a replacement and they also ensured it arrived on time. Amazing speed, service and satisfaction!
Amazing service. Not only was the price very competitive, but the speed of delivery was amazing.
Even with a slight error in the order everything was sorted very quickly and easily... I wish all companies worked this well in their customer services department.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company or its products.

Item was not quite as described on website, so contacted Vintagelite and the replacement part was sent straight to me, would definitely shop here again.

Excellent service and good quality light fittings. Items arrived in a couple of days but one was slightly damaged by courier during transit. Contacted vintagelite and they sent out a replacement promptly. Would strongly recommend Vintagelite. Will buy again.

100% Happy with Vintagelite
We have flush fitted glass 'globe' lamps. Normal 15W LED bulbs are too big to fit these. Vintalite supplied 15W 'dome' LED bulbs that fit inside the 'globes' perfectly. Their 'chat' feature allowed me to choose the perfect solution.

DIDN'T GET WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND RECIEVED TOTAL RUBBISH!!!!!!
Didn't get the item advertised online. I received a MDF toilet seat what was meant to be plastic, it had a different picture on, different hinges, was anything like the description or photos of the toilet seat. The advertised toilet seat was a quality acrylic seat with quality hinges and was photographed and described as such and I received a CRAP MDF SEAT! SCAMMERS BEHAVIOUR!!!!! And you haven't changed anything because I just looked. You have sold out of toilet seats. That's probably why you took so long to answer. LYING AGAIN!!!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
