I ordered the peeler for shredding veggies. It doesn't work at all. Requesting refund. Order UTILIRA-750082 on 5/29/26. Wasted $20.98

I concur with all the negative responses notated as this product is a fake, does not work like the advertisement. Sadly, I bought 3, and very disappointed. It's definitely a scam.

Wow! The response time was great. The issue was taken care of right away. I am truly impressed with the customer service.

I accidentally hit add to my order and Utilira would not cancel that mistake, so I paid dearly for what I wanted to order. When the kitchen utensils finally arrived they were much smaller than expected. However, when I voiced my displeasure, Utilira customer service stepped up and made things as right as I could have expected, with a 73% refund and the tools. After a couple of days of back and forth, I'm satisfied with the results.

I ordered 2 peelers for shredding veggies. They came in crushed unmarked boxes, products were dirty, and they did not work at all. I couldn’t get one decent peel from the product. The videos they show are complete fakes or totally different items.

Utilira is a cheap knock off company. Extremely low quality. Mailed from China to a PERSON in Chicago to be reshipped. Long transit time. Learned my lesson - Never again. Their customer service department did respond to an incorrect order so that was nice.

This company had an amazing video, which I now suspect was hijacked from the original manufacturer of a legitimate product. As soon as I placed my order they added an extra item I did not add, and later I realised was changed USD not AUD, which cost me an extra 35%. I emailed 2ce immediately but of course was ignored. Eventually these home made substandard pieces of rubbish were delivered. They look like a home made job and don't work. TOTAL SCAM!

Very tedious and frustrating process. It's obvious the responses to requests for support are pre-written and sent without regard to the content of the original request. Although the situation was resolved (sort of), I never even got an acknowledgement of the content of my first email. As a former CSR myself, I call out the lack of comprehension, the lack of caring, the lack of compassion, and the lack of competence displayed in the extensive exchange of emails required to resolve the issue. If your purpose is to delay and obfuscate in hopes that the customer will just give up trying, you're doing a great job. If your purpose is to provide genuine help, you have a long way to go. More and better training is in order.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! It does not work AT ALL. I tried to use it on a cucumber and it wouldn't even peel that. It also arrives from some strange name and address in Chicago. They tell you have to return it unused but how are you supposed to know if it works if you don't use it???

I decided to return the product I bought. Customer service response was quick and the situation was handled completely to my satisfaction.

I was disappointed with the product; it did not perform for me as shown on the advertisement.
I complained also about the packaging of the product and that there was no directions as how to use it included.
I received immediate response and an offer for a full refund. I’m very impressed with the customer service, respectful attitude towards me and their prompt response in addressing my issues, as well of course the promise of a full refund.

The items displayed in the ads are many times smaller than what you receive. Non-existent communication with the company to the point I wasn't sure if I had been scammed or not.

My return request and refund was handled professionally and competently by Durian. He was very helpful. However, my reason for the refund was that the product that was sent to me was not what the company is advertising. It is a much cheaper and inaccurate version manufactured in China. My recommendation is that head office order the product to see what it gets.

I ordered the peelers and they do not work at all like in their ad. I emailed and asked if I could return them and get a refund. They emailed me back and said that they would give me $14 when I paid $40 CAD and said if I returned them I would have to pay freight for them. I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Placed an order and sat on an email confirmation of an order for a week. Emailed them asking status, no response. Waited a couple of days, contacted them to either cancel order or provide tracking number. Got a tracking number and for over a week, tracking still says no order found. Have contacted twice, no response. Sent email to cancel order and refund credit card. It is now June 1

Efficient and prompt with a resolution to my issue.

I accidentally ordered 3 Kitchen Multi-Function Stainless Steel Thickened Fruit Peeler Knives. I only noticed when the charge had been applied to my credit card.
I immediately wrote the company and asked that they dimiss the order and refund my credit card.
To be honest, I thought I was too late for this to happen. I also assumed that I would have to go through a lengthy dispute to resolve the issue.
To my pleasant surprise, the customer support person, Julie, responded almost immediately to my request and the refund was on my credit card the very next day. It is the simplest and most effective interaction that I have had with any customer support department. I am very pleased.

The company is now blacklisted. I also got hoodwinked into buying the vegetable peelers. I received the typical email stating a delivery tracking error, but it was all fake. The website email will get you a warning from your isp that it is suspicious and dangerous. UTILIRA . Com is all fake and a scam.
