Horrible! Would leave zero stars if i could. The items took forever to arrive, no communication from the company after repeated attempts. As others have stated, the items were of the crappiest quality and didnt fit. Trying to initiate a refund was met with silence. When I finally got an email was told I’d have to pay shipping to China, wait for their receipt/inspection for them to determine what, if anything would be refunded. I am contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL - ITS A SCAM!

Horrendous, avoid. TikTok says they are UK based, but they are not. Dress smelled so strongly of glue it could knock you out, didn't fit. Unless I pay to return to China they would only do a partial refund. Currently having to request a chargeback through my bank.

Awful company! Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. My dresses were okay but neither fitted, they refused a refund unless I paid to it - to China! They then offered a partial refund, that was a month ago and nothing! Honestly, steer well clear of this bunch. I’ve written to trading standards as well

Took 41 days to arrive. Awful quality. Poor communication. Inaccurate tracking/ shipping details.

I ordered 2 dresses. Didn’t receive a confirmation email or any email to say it was dispatched or timeframe for delivery. About 2/3 weeks later my dresses arrived and the quality was awful. Returning the parcels from Ireland I had to pay the return price which was over €20 as tracked delivery is necessary according to the company. I emailed multiple times for an update about my refund and got completely ignored every time. It took nearly 4 months of constant emails and me contacting my bank to get a refund. Would never order from here again as their communication is awful and they delayed and refused to refund me.

I ordered a dress from this company and honestly wish I never had. There was zero communication from them after I placed my order — no updates, no replies to my emails, nothing. When the dress finally arrived, I wasn’t happy with it and tried to get a refund, but they flat-out refused. I had to go through my bank just to get my money back, which was such a hassle and took almost a month before I even got a response.
The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else — this company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or basic customer service.

Ordered a dress 11th october. Its now the 3rd of november and still not arrived.

Emailed the company 2 days ago still no reply

Got sent a dirty item and then promised a refund 1 month later I still haven’t received the money. The turn over with the emails are very slow also.

Partner received his crappy jacket fromm This Victoria .warehouse.Nothing like the picture. Flimsy .cheap .jacket.There website states there from Victoria Australia. Even advertise the Australian flag on there website..This rubbish comes from china .and owner Catherine Harrington doesn't reply when you ask for a refund .These jackets and clothing come from shopping sites like shein and temu...just screenshot .a particular item .and u can do image search .And find that item cheaper .same cheap crap.Dont waste ur money this crap clothing comes from china. Clothing are all fake advertising. Don't be scam.This company has been reported to scam watch.Scam watch has stated its not a company to trust...This company needs to be close down and Catherine Harrington..we want the $79.95 back in my partners account. .Scammer .stop ripping people off

I received a wrong version of the long line cardigan I ordered. Nothing like the image I ordered and so small it did not even match the smallest size. In total not item ordered and not size ordered.

Bertha Elegant Dress; I received my disgusting version of this dress today. Made from flimsy static plastic material! I cannot believe they put up a post that looks luxurious and then send a dress made out of something entirely different! Plastic, Chinese rubbish! Returns are not satisfying Catherine Harrington you should be ashamed!

I ordered my dress it took 6 weeks to come not the stated 4. When it arrived it was awful absolutely nothing like the picture and the company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They do no issue refunds and you can't talk to the manager.. I would not ever buy from this company.

Received my dress yesterday morning after ordering it on the 29th it only took 9 days to come!! It is absoutley beautiful exactly like the picture and the fit is perfect I would recommend this website to anyone wanting a good quality dress for a fantastic price, will deffently be shopping here again sometime soon!

This is the first time I have ordered a dress from Victoria's Dresses and I'll be honest, I was a little worried about the quality and measurements. Didn't take long and I have now received my stunning dress and it fits perfect and lioks just like I saw it on the website. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be getting more dresses from this company.

2 years ago I ordered my oldest daughters prom dress which fit perfectly and was stunning and the quality was fantastic. Please do yourself a favour and don't buy from this website! I bought two dresses from them and when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture! Even the colour was wrong. When I contacted them their e-mail was not working for a whole week, which meant I couldn't return my dresses. When it finally started working, they took forever to answer my e-mails and I am currently still trying to get my money back from both dresses but they keep coming up with excuses. The material of both dresses look so cheap, so don't get fooled by their pictures!

Received the prom dress days before they said it would be ready, it looks and fits amazing, colour and style exactly like the website picture.
