Bought multiple dresses to try on and ended up not liking any of them and one of them arrived faulty. After returning my items I have recieved an E gift card instead of a refund to my card, even though it says in the returns policy they do full refunds. Tried to contact them about this and recieved no response and now I’m down £200.
I won't give one star if I could, got a dress for my daughter its didnt fit well. So i thought i would return it. It has taken weeks to get my money back. I had to go through PayPal and rase a dispute just to get and answer. In the end I manged to get a refund and even then they made sure they held on to the p&p. Really bad customer service, wish I had read the reviews before I brought. They are a scam company.
My Daughter returned a dress and has waited nearly 1 month for a refund. No customer service and no refund. Not sure if this a scam site.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Absolutely shocking requested a refund over 10 days ago for a shoddy product that came poorly packaged and was made wrong, keep asking for photos of the product and I’ve sent in 3 times via email/ live chat. Customer service 0

I have purchased numerous items from this company and paid thousands of pounds.
I returned a few unsuitable items but the return policy is extremely unfair. Can you please tell me why, you can be credited with a store refund, A.S.A.P which means you can purchase from the store straight away but, when you want a refund into your account you have to wait, 5 to 10 days. SHOCKING!!!!
Contacting customer service for an explanation and they said, this was because they NEEDED TO CHECK THE RETURN ITEMS FIRST?
This means, you have the store credit to spend straight away, (in the store or online) but for your money you need to wait.
THIS IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR.

Ordered multiple dresses for a wedding, came to about £200. Before ordering I made sure they accepted returns but NOWHERE obvious did it say they only offer store credit. None of the 3 dresses were suitable which means i'm £200 out which is what I need to pay my mortgage. I never write reviews like this but in this instance it is not worth anyone's time.
Ordered 2 dresses. Both did not fit. Returned and given store credit. Emailed and requested a refund but declined. This is not acceptable as I don’t need store credit as I don’t need anything from them. The returns policy visible on the website is not 100% clear and the money which is over £100 is much needed for my rent. They clearly can give refunds as previous reviews show and also a recent response from the company to another review.
absolutely terrible experience, ordered a dress which was too small and quite frankly of poor quality, so decided to get a return and they offer store credit instead of giving you your money back. a scam! doesn’t say this on their return and refund policy page. completely unprofessional and unacceptable. do not buy here!
Ordered a jumper and t shirt they had holes in I emailed them fast response amazing customer service and they sent me new one highly recommended if your ordering from here if something’s faulty send proof and they’ll instantly get back so helpful
What a dreadful company to deal with. ordered 2 dresses which were very poor quality. Stitching on one was awful and the other, the sequins were coming off. Wrote to this company 7 times to explain that I wanted to return due to the above reasons and have a full refund to my credit card, not a store credit and I will never order from these again. They did respond but did not fully read my issue so did not answer my questions fully or send me a shipping label. I am aware I need to return items within 30 days and I believe they use this tactic so I go over this time and not be entitled to a refund at all.
I give up with them now so have paid £3.99 to return the item and hope they will refund that plus the £125.98 that I have paid for 2 awfully made dresses, to my credit card.
Also, they call you 'Babe' and 'Hun' on the emails which makes my flesh crawl. So unprofessional and common!! I will never use these ever again and I urge you not to either.

My 15 year old daughter bought 2 dresses from the website thatssofetch.co.uk the company split the order and fulfilled 1 order from the UK and the other from AUSTRALIA. The dress from AU came with DHL and we were requested to pay additional Duty & VAT and Admin charges upon arrival. The dress from the UK arrived 1 week later via post and again we were requested to pay Duty & VAT and Admin Charges. When my daughter questioned why the 2 dresses didn't come together and why she had to pay these additional charges when she purchased the dresses from a European source she was not given one single intelligent answer.
In reality yes VAT is applicable but as she bought the dresses from a .co.uk source she should not be liable for Duty or a double admin fee.
It gets worse, the quality of the dresses is very poor, fast fashion and high cost. Each dress was 60 EUR. Having seen the first dress she requested a return and she was given an address in Australia and told to return it at her own cost for store credit.
Following this, she rejected the delivery of the second dress not paying the Duties and Vat. Thats so Fetch want her to accept that delivery and to send that back to Australia too.
Here's the catch, the dresses cost 60 EUR each, Returning them to AU will cost 30 EUR with DHL and by the time they reach Australia we will be outside the company policy for returns as the clock starts ticking from the date of purchase.
If you are in a European Country avoid purchasing from this store.
Following this writing this review the next steps for us will be to pursue this company through official channels.

Shame on you Thats So Fetch. Never have I had to pay Duty (plus VAT) on top of delivery when receiving goods from abroad (bought from what looks like a UK website). DHL told me I had to pay duty of £57 on a £200 order before they would deliver the parcel. No option to refuse payment or return order. No payment = no delivery. I had already paid for the order so had no choice but to pay the duty. I ordered extra as I was unsure of sizing intending to return some items. A closer look at the returns policy now tells me I can’t get a refund, I can only get a credit note. I don’t even know the cost of returning as that information is not readily available on their website. If I use the credit note, I’ll pay duty again? Is this a fair policy? Easy way to make money Thats so Fetch. You should be ashamed. Do not use this company…
My daughter ordered 2 dresses from Thatssofetch.co.uk. BEWARE They are not a UK based company and you will receive a bill for CUSTOMS TAX. She qualified for free shipping, which stated 4-6 business days, but due to her needing it quicker she paid £13.99 for express delivery (2-4 business days). 2 days after ordering she received an email from DHL stating that they had only been given the postcode from the shipper, and asked if she could confirm the full address, she responded within 2 hours and then received a bill for £40.19 for IMPORT TAX. And a delivery date of 2nd May which is 6 business days after she ordered. She is now worried that the dresses will not arrive in time. She has attempted to contact the company via their "live chat" facility, but has had no response. There is no option to return as she will not only lose the cost of the "express" delivery, but also the customs tax that she has been forced to pay. AVOID THIS COMPANY if you live in the UK
