Excellent service. I had found my guinea pig with a large abcess late at night and was worried about leaving him overnight for the vet in the morning. I contacted Vets Now and got a video appointment within the hour to put my mind at rest. Reasonably priced and excellent advice. Very happy.

I am a new and very anxious cat parent. My little one has had a rough week after she ran eye-first into a toy on Friday and then got spayed the following Tuesday. Vets now we’re there for us after her eye injury, and when I was concerned about her spay wound. They were very reassuring, very thorough, and clearly care very much for the animals they care for. I would have been a mess without them. The video consultation is such a brilliant idea for if you’re worried about your animal but don’t want to stress them out with an unnecessary vet visit. It really is comforting to know vets now are there should we need them again. Such an excellent service and one I wouldn’t want to be without.

Very prompt and knowledgeable.Compassionate and very good at explaining the importance of being seen by a vet as soon as possible.

The video consultation enabled the vet to see the issue and reassure us that we could wait until the next morning to see our own vet. Our own vet confirmed the video vets diagnosis. Overall our bill was £150 less than if we had actually gone to see an out of hours vet.

Laura made us feel much better about our puppies illness and she ensured to do a thorough examination via video call.

Hopefully our puppy is now on the mend.

Was on holiday with our dog who started biting at the base of his tail and made it red raw. Rang a local wet who weren't that helpful and couldn't help, Rang a second vet who arranged a video call, this put our minds at rest who gave us some good advice and arranged an appointment with a vet we decided to cut our holiday short (only by a day)and see our own vet back at home. Would not hesitate to recommend this service very helpful.

Dr Lara was INCREDIBLE. Very sweet, very knowledgable. Using this service was so much faster, cheaper, and less stressful for both me and my little dwarf hamster than going to an in-person vet. A week and a half on from the visit and little man is healed and his hair is growing back!
