I’m absolutely delighted with the recent repair work completed on my Tesla Model 3.
The repair was arranged through Churchill Insurance and expertly carried out by Veetec Aldershot, who delivered a seamless, highly professional service from start to finish. They thoughtfully arranged for the vehicle to be collected and returned, which made the entire process exceptionally convenient and stress-free.
Communication was exemplary throughout. I received regular, proactive updates that clearly outlined the scope of the repairs, anticipated timelines, and any delays. I particularly appreciated the clarity and transparency at every stage.
The aftercare has been equally impressive. Veetec provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty on their workmanship, offering real peace of mind. They also followed up shortly after the vehicle was returned to ensure everything was functioning perfectly, an excellent touch that reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you are not going through insurers be aware that Veetec charge just to quote. We were asked to pay £35 plus VAT.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with being charged for an estimate.
We’d like to clarify that preparing an estimate involves both time and expertise from our qualified estimators to carefully assess the damage and compile a detailed repair plan. Additionally, we incur costs for using the specialist estimating systems required to produce these reports. As a result, this fee is passed on to customers who are not going through an insurance claim.
However, we do always inform customers in advance about this charge, and also advise that if they choose to proceed with repairs through Veetec, the estimate fee is fully refunded against the final invoice.

I had an excellent experience at Veetec Aldershot when I brought in my Tesla for repairs. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A cautionary tale
I would advise anyone with an insurance policy repair to be very wary.
A quite simple no-fault incident where my front bumper was damaged on a Tesla by someone reversing intio resulted in me nearly losing my car after the cost of the repair (undisclosed to me) was deemed greater than the value of the car (a 2017 model)
In the end, Direct Line agreed to the repair and the work was done really well. However, I will be careful next time to guard against losing my car!

Kept me informed throughout the repair and good customer care
Veetec repaired my car through my insurance. Although the repair was delayed by 10 days due to waiting for a part to arrive, the communication was great as they kept me informed along the way. There was a slight issue with the door after the repair, but once I notified them of the issue, they quickly agreed to take fix it. They collected the car a couple days later to fix the problem and returned it the same day.

Absolute shower
Absolute shower. Used by Direct Line. Car went in with some front end damage; it can back after three weeks apparently sorted, the air-conditioning didn't work, the engine appeared in limp mode & cruise control wasn't operational. So I sent it back (under Veetecs 5year warranty), it came back after a long weekend, the cruise control appeared fixed, the aircon still didn't work & the bonnet shut lines were miles out & an engine management light now showing...
I'm not prepared to put it in a third time, as I have no faith in this company to achieve anything near excellence!

My car Unacceptable service, misleading communicationhas been in their care since 31…
My car has been in their care since 31 March, and I received four different delivery dates — April, May, June 16, June 12 — only to be told now there’s no update. After three months of broken promises, they still haven’t escalated to Mercedes UK in a timely manner.
They offered me two courtesy cars that were not like-for-like—neither was suitable for my SUV— and it was my insurer who had to provide a usable replacement.
Their repeated changes and lack of transparency seriously breached my consumer rights. I’ve had to escalate to Trading Standards, the Motor Ombudsman, and others due to this poor treatment.

I can honestly say that the service I received from Veetec Croydon was second to none. From the very prompt first phone call, within 24hours of the incident, and the delivery driver (sorry I have such a bad memory for names) arriving promptly complete with a courtesy car and took my poor little SUV away, to the ladies and gentlemen to whom I spoke on the phone were courteous and helpful in the extreme. I was kept informed every step of the way. My car is as good, if not better, than new. I highly recommend Veetec's services to anyone needing car repairs.
