Very professional vehicle repair
This company repaired my vehicle to a very high standard. They contacted me to arrange a date and time to collect my car for repair and also leave me with a courtesy car for the duration .
They contacted me again when the repair was complete and returned the car within the timeframe stated. .The repair was absolutely perfect and the staff were very courteous and polite. It has been a pleasure to do business with this company and I would definitely recommend them.

My daughters car went in for just a…
My daughters car went in for just a simple job a wing mirror replacement under insurance, there was absolutely no damage to the door, we took a lot of pictures . there was a scuff on the window glass and a small paint mark on the side panel. So so surprised that they said there will be a delay to paint the door panel but it was not really painted, I can tell I deal with cars all the time,. They just polished it but did not paint the wing panel which got hit by the wing mirror as it flew off. I think the insurance company should have a look at the actual work done and what work that was not done but should have been done. We took a lot of pictures and video before it went away and there was no damage to the door caused so they still repair it and charge for it and not repair the actual damage !!!

My car was involved in a crash with a bicycle it was booked in for repair via my insurance company so they picked it up and delivered a courtesy car at the same time they kept me informed all the time my car was with them the repair was excellent and they delivered my car back to my house and collected the courtesy car my car was cleaned and back to the original state before the crash
The only downside of it was that my car had 80 per cent battery when it left my house and considering it was just bodywork to be done it came back with 38 percent battery
However overall it was a excellent service

I've had my Audi Q3 and Nissan Quashkai…
I've had my Audi Q3 and Nissan Quashkai repaired at the Croydon branch a few times over the last couple of years. My cars have always come home flawlessly repaired to high standard, valeted and courtesy cars offered. All staff friendly, professional and efficient.
Special mention to Mark Tuffin (Estimator). He gave a second opinion while my Quashkai was in for something else earlier this year, which helped me to get approval to have my entertainment screen replaced under warranty. Nissan Penge had fobbed me off a few times insisting I would have to pay to replace it myself. Thank you for your trustworthy kindness, Mark.

Communication was fantastic I was kept informed every few days on how the repairs were progressing. Collection was easy and a nice courtesy car provided. Repairs only took three weeks and my car was returned clean inside and out back in brand new condition.
