Toke car insurance out with them a couple of weeks ago and they have been bombarding me with emails non stop as my partner actually put my name down twice by mistake as first and second driver now they want documents after documents to prove I im the main driver and not the 2nd and the lady I talked to was as rude as hell I have never come across a customer service like it they need to sort that out don't recommend them

My first experience with them and they was quick, easy to navigate and give me exactly what I wanted and much cheaper than many many other providers.

This was the lowest price I found, booking the policy was seamless and quick, no frills no excessive technicalities

The cancellation fees were excessive and were not clearly explained when I signed the contract. When I cancelled with only three months remaining, I was charged £66.03. The only communication I received was a three-line email stating the amount due, with no explanation or breakdown of the charges. I was simply given a figure and expected to pay it.

The customer service that followed was equally disappointing. They never contacted me proactively. Instead, I had to call them myself to discuss payment arrangements.

When I did call, I was asked what felt like an excessive number of personal questions under the guise of account verification. I found this intrusive and unnecessary.

To make matters worse, despite having previously collected my monthly payments by direct debit, they would not take the final payment using the same method. They insisted that payment had to be made over the phone.

I had to repeatedly request their bank details to make a transfer. It felt like a struggle just to pay them. Eventually, after making it clear that I would not be able to pay without those details, they finally provided the account information and I transferred the money.

Even after paying the outstanding balance, I continued receiving collection-related communications for weeks afterwards.

Overall, a frustrating experience with poor communication, a lack of transparency around cancellation charges, and unnecessarily difficult payment processes.

I had been insured with this company and simply needed to change my policy after selling my old car and buying a new one.
During the online amendment process, I was shown a quote of £328.59 before submitting the change. At no point was it made clear that this was an additional premium on top of my existing annual premium. The way it was presented made it appear that £328.59 was the total premium for the updated policy. Had it been made clear that my total premium would increase to over £1,046, I would never have agreed to the change.
Later, I received an email informing me that the £328.59 had been added to my existing premium. I felt completely misled.
Trying to resolve the issue was even more frustrating. I called customer service multiple times on different days and at different times but could never get through to anyone. I also used the web-chat, where the agent gave confusing and unrelated response instead of helping or at least trying to help.
The whole experience felt misleading and lacked transparency. Customers should be clearly informed of the total cost before they commit to a policy change, not find out afterwards through an email. The poor customer service only made matters worse.
I have now submitted a formal complaint and requested that my policy be cancelled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I used car insurance for 2 months. When I cancelled the insurance I was asked to pay 120£ instead of 50£ cancellation fee (30£) as I have cancelled first 10 days and they must return 20£. I will never use them again

Great quotation best price around for my Mercedes but only time will tell if service is good will keep you all updated if any problems thank you 😀

On renewal of my motor policy they claimed despite no claims during the year that they were unable to provide a competitive quotation. As to why I never found out having obtained cover elsewhere cheaper than the previous year and with a five star Defacto rated company.
They would it seems didn't try very hard.

Fast class service and all my documents were ready immediately.
