First time leasing a van from Vansdirect and I cant recommend highly enough. Conan dealt with my initial enquiry very quickly and then Lorna always kept me updated and was a pleasure to deal with. Vansdirect are now at the top of my list for all future vans I require.

Our van broke down in February this…
Our van broke down in February this year and eventually managed to get it booked in at the Citroen dealership Stalantis Turburn Road Birmingham on the 30th March for the warranty work to be completed together with a DPF issue
To date as from today the 26 May the van is still at this dealership and works still not completed
No feedback whatsoever from vans direct and no response or reply to our emails and phone calls
We have ended up hiring another van for now 9 weeks whilst our van is stuck at the dealership
Please keep away from vans direct for your next vehicle as a total shambles of a company and despicable service
We have emailed vans direct customer service and to date still no reply or response

I honestly can't thank this company enough. After being messed around with another company and sent on a wild goose chase for over 6 weeks being promised time after time that my sons new van would be here for his birthday on 11th May to then be told with less than 2 weeks to his birthday it wouldn't be ready. I contacted vans direct and placed an order on 29th April and the van arrived today 8th may im so grateful for them and all the help they gave me and sorted the van coming in time for his birthday. Hassle free really straight forward to deal with and was kept informed from day of purchase up until delivery. Thank you so much I am so so grateful and will be recommending you to anyone looking to buy a van
