Great seller . Happy with my new van

Sold a van, the team came out paid brilliant price for it, was pretty much online valuation! Logbook transferred and got paid straight away before they even left money was in bank! No riff raffs, straightforward, easy sale would definitely recommend for any private or fleet disposals. And special thanks to Dave for the top service!

Finally somewhere that doesn’t spend 45 minutes telling you why they won’t pay what they said they would! No imaginary faults or damage. Easiest transaction ever.

Put my van registration through these guys website and received a phone call from a very professional agent within 30 minutes.
They asked for pictures and a brief description of my van and gave me a quote I was happy with. The next day a driver showed up as arranged on my lunch break and within 20 minutes my van was on his truck and I was paid into my bank account.

Very happy with the service provided. It was quick, efficient and I will be recommending to friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would we agreed a deal waited in all morning for them to turn up nothing called to be told driver called in sick ok annoying but it happens rebooked for the following day waited in all day eventually called up to be told oh did no one call you we aren’t intrested anymore absolute joke I would avoid these time wasters

so received a call from them this morning lad had the cheek to ask me to remove this review which I promptly said no to which he got very angry with me explaining he is going to review everything I’m on and give me a bad review didn’t give me a chance to explain why just had his little hissy fit then hung up on me which just made me laugh a little!
If you notice all the reviews have come since leaving a bad one which says the whole office have now left fake reviews note to everyone avoid not only bad service but super unprofessional concreted how much I won’t be recommending them !!

The previous review made me skeptical so i had my guard up when they came but it was a pleasant experience turned up paid me in cash loaded the van and shot of only took 15 mins too!

Lovely guys made it so easy to sell my recently passed away, father‘s van and where there for me all the way through the transaction

Sold them several of our company vehicles in May and they told us to give them the V5s and they deal with transferring ownership (our error - should not have been so trusting!) and they then sold on a vehicle without transferring ownership to themselves beforehand or then transferring over to the new keeper. New keeper is clearly aware they’re not the registered keeper as we have received 14 PCN notices for driving in clear air zones, bus lanes, parking fines etc etc! Vandervan have been no help at all and just tell us to dispute the PCNs and give the new keeper details. They say there must have been a “admin error” and management will contact us but no one ever does and stopped answering my calls. DVLA are investigating because they have not received any correspondence that there has been a change of ownership. Until DVLA sort the matter we just keep receiving the PCNs (got another 5 yesterday) and having to go through the process of explaining to these companies that we don’t own the vehicle but don’t actually have any proof we don’t because we trusted this company to transfer them!
