I couldn’t be happier with how easy it was. The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. They gave me a fair price and payment was made instantly and handled everything quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their motorhome.

What a waste of time !

We contacted these guys to purchase our van. They offered an amount but later, on the day they were meant to collect, advised us the finance needed to be settled. They said they could put their offer towards the settlement and we could pay off the rest, so we got the final settlement and they refused to do as they said they would and said we needed to pay the full price.

So we did! And confirmed they would make payment if we did this. Then came to collect the van, retracted their offer and gave us 5 times lower.

Please avoid, they've wasted our time and our money several times and made many empty promises and offers. They cannot be trusted!

EDIT: Not only that but these guys have shown their morals and integrity by bombarding my business page with fake reviews! If that doesn't show you the people you're dealing with I don't know!

I recently used Vandervan to value my late father VW Candy. The agent over the phone Jake, was very professional. The process was very straight forward and concluded with a fair valuation. The van had been off road for some time and had some mechanical issues. A second agent came to my home address the next day, the sale was completed and van taken away. The experience was stress free and prevented me having to deal with time wasters if I had sold privately.

Amazing service and the best prices

I needed to scrap my van and found it hard to find somewhere genuine online and who would give a decent price for it as opposed to offering me pennies. I found vandervan online and they organised someone to come out after offering me a fair price with no haggling or time wasting as we're all too busy for messers.
They arranged pickup of my van and transferred funds straightaway ,the people on the phone are all polite and easy going . I know where to go again if I have to sell another.
