Our business signed up for 12 months to trial the product. Having prepared many expert reports in Australia, my team and I preferred to work in Excel. We found it slower to have to find where figures were coming from and whether we agreed with Valutico's calculations. While it may work well for others, we decided as a team that it didn't work for us. When we told Valutico we didn't want to renew, we were told we have to pay for another 12 months because we hadn't notified them in time. We have been pursued for payment by lawyers and had to pay to avoid legal costs. This is nothing more than predatory tactics to generate income. I've tried to post feedback on other review sites but it appears that unless it's glowing, any unfavourable feedback is unposted. Hopefully this does.
